Bought a take out consisting of Marks and Spencers sandwich and tried a bubble tea. Staff really helpful as I had no idea how much sugar is in this tea, and as I'm diabetic needed to know. The nice girls at the checkout looked it up for me.

Everything was great...apart from it's always cold inside which is great in summer for a while.

They have lovely toasties with just enough filling, and they always have a good choice of cakes. They also make a decent Latte.
Got a wedding coming up here. Great service so far. Will add comments about the food after the wedding take place. But so far I highly recommend

Had a "Free coffee" voucher so as I was shopping nearby I decided to have a lunchtime snack. Excellent toasted sandwiche and my free coffee were both great. Staff very friendly and kindly brought my food and drink to my table as I have mobility issues.
Visiting this Costa today was lovely after a shopping trip. A huge thanks to the boys behind the counter, I know one of them was named Lewis, who noticed I didn’t like my drink and sorted me with another one. Top notch customer service, friendly and smiling the whole time and willing to help! Lovely to see a member of staff cleaning as well, working well as a team and it felt like a clean and nice place to chill. Thank you guys!!
