Wow...Great service and excellent food. My husband and i ordered Cornish pasty chips and peas didn't realise it comes with peas OR gravy, so I went up to order 2 pots of gravy. No charge and i will bring them over says Sarah, fantastic she even carried our coffee's as she noticed instantly that my husband was struggling to carry them. Was our first time here and we will now be regulars.
A lovely family diner. Good value meals at sensible prices. Staff are very good. Our first visit but shall be going again. Very clean and tidy
Fantastic food and excellent quality of food and service. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would seriously recommend this place to eat. All fresh ingredients and home cooked meals. I can't wait to go back.
Excellent food fantastic service all at a reasonable price. Not cheap not expensive. Probably the best place to eat around here. Not the first time I've been. Won't be the last.
Always go here for lunch. Breakfasts aren't at all great since they changed the sausages to the cheap horrible ones.. so we now go elsewhere aside from that still a good choice

How lovely and clean this place is. The staff are polite and work hard, therefore the service is great.
One slight gripe is the SAUSAGE is the frozen tasteless stuff and not Lincolnshire, Cumberland etc. To be this close to the market and serve frozen was a disappointment. Other than that the food was good and hot. They seem to have the covid situation under control too.
One of our favourite places to eat. We always come here whenever we are in town shopping. Great home cooked food, happy atmosphere. Only downside for some may be that the toilets are upstairs, this could be difficult for some customers however there is a pubic toilet nearby but you do need to pay for that.
Had a takeaway afternoon tea today. Chose the £22.50 one for 3 adults and a 6 yr old and 3yr old. All ready for me to pick up at time stated, a lovely friendly lady and a delicious afternoon tea on a sunny afternoon. A great selection of sandwiches,pork pies sausage rolls cheese straws crisps scones with clotted cream,strawberries,grapes and more. It was fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend and will definately go back for more. Thankyou xx
