Nice atmosphere and modern. Great, friendly, smiley staff and surprisingly tasty, well presented food. Great for a quick bite to eat and out the way from the hustle and bustle of Southport and Ormskirk. Clean, modern toilets, small carpark to the front, beer garden outside and next to a Premier Inn
Mine and my wife’s go-to restaurant for British food. The quality of the food is always very good and good value for money. The staff are also great. We usually visit late afternoon on a Saturday for an early tea and we are usually served by June. She’s always helpful, friendly and makes us feel ve
Stopped off on way to southport. Lovely member of staff behind bar. Clean & modern pub/restaurant.
Great little place to stop off on the way to Southport for a quick bite. Friendly staff and really good pub grub. Burger was fantastic and the kids sausage and mash was tasty and plentiful. Prices have gone up a bit recently but that seems to be life these days unfortunately, still relatively good v
Had the Ultimate Sunday roast it was amazing! Beautifully cooked and presented, it was was served on a large plate with everything you could ask for. For those of us that couldn’t eat it all they boxed it up for us to take home. We will definitely be back again soon!
Stayed here for a night with work. Did the food offer. Dinner was great and breakfast too. Clean, good variety and staff really friendly.
2nd visit to the Morris Dancers pub. Got seated very quickly, the lady who waited on our table was lovely, service with a smile and very efficient. No long wait for food, mixed grill was delicious. Would highly recommend.
Very friendly place to visit. Always clean and comfortable and very strict Covid measures. Food is nice and breakfast is always lovely and plenty there to choose from 😁. We love it here, the staff are very accomodating and friendly too... Diane was very helpful when speaking to her about my sons bir
Wonderful meal. Superb steaks cooked to perfection. Very helpful staff. Pam always served us and always beyond the service expectations. also Alex in the bar great customerservice and the great chef Josh always on it. Very highly recommended. Very relaxing experience.
The original pub underwent a major refurbishment and was annexed to a new-build Premier Inn in 2006. It is now the breakfast venue for the hotel’s residents but remains a standalone pub-restaurant for nonresidents also. In the evening the area adjacent to the bar is quite homely, whereas the large
Had a really lovely meal, the service was excellent. We have been several times before and will be back again in the future
Really friendly staff and lovely food, plenty of drinks to choose from and a good menu too, reasonably priced but nothing is cheap nowadays!
So I have stayed at the premiere Inn next door for once a fortnight for the last three months, I keep coming to this hotel instead of the premiere Inn central in Southport because the Morris dancer's beefeater is AMAZING 😍 breakfasts are superb as are the dinners it is simply great service and amazi
The lunch menu is really good value for money. Crispy chicken wings with a tasty bbq sauce and the gammon with chips and the curry is a firm favourite of ours.
Really well looked after! First time we've eaten here and everything was perfect. All requests taken care of. Superb service from our waitress and great food. We will be back. Thank you.
Large pub/restaurant attached to a Premier Inn. Inside and outside seating available and parking. Large selection of beverages and a varied menu though largely grilled based. Portions not massive but it is a chain so the same everywhere I guess. In saying that, meals were well cooked and presented.
Enjoyed a varied breakfast after our stay at the Premier Inn. Plenty of choice and the food was well prepared.
