I ordered steak pie , chips peas and gravy, absolutely banging, absolutely stuffed Thoroughly enjoyed it,my daughter and son-in-law throughly enjoyed there's too. Will be calling again real soon. Thank you

Crispy batter on fish freshly cooked to order, yummy chips. My son likes the battered sausages. My favourite extras are the delicious battered pineapple fritters. All portions very generous.

Food is good, though they never have fish patties whenever I've been in, I'm not sure if they sell out quick but I've been in early.
Slightly odd that there is still social distancing and floor markers in use.
Friendly staff, fast service, not too expensive.

Its the best fish and chip shop in the area, I travel 2 miles for them and have never been disappointed yet. Its very clean and tidy and the staff are very polite and helpful. All the fish is cooked to order and nice and crispy batter. May try a pie one day they look very nice, keep up the good
Had dinner from here recently. There are no shortage of good Fish and Chip shops in Scarborough and Newlands is definitely one of the best. All the fish was cooked to order and was delicious, the fish bites represented great value and lovely crisp batter. One of the boys had sausage and wolfed it do
Fancied something a bit different so ordered their homemade fish cakes with cups and curry sauce it was absolutely gorgeous. Great service and cooked to order do was very fresh.
Easy to find just past the Alpamere building and just beyond Tesco. Lovely, clean traditional fish shop, food cooked to order and all hot and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful.
Great fish and chips and they even do delicious haggis, ordered numerous times and am planning on going back today. The staff are super friendly, the fish is fresh and delicious and chips divine. The battered haggis is amazing too!

If you go to Scarborough (and the same in Bridlington) the best fish and chip shops aren’t on the sea front. Incredible fish and chips, really really good! Well organised and a great focus on staff and customer safety during a pretty tense time for all. Some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had.
