We went for an early dinner at 6.00pm on a cold Winters day. Friendly and helpful staff and we were seated next to a roaring open fire which was perfect. Burgers very good but the steak pie with its rich gravy was excellent. Soon the restaurant started to fill up and its also very popular with dog owners. Will definitely go again.

You gotta go. If your in the mood for pub food as they call it, it's great. The lamb shank was so tender that it melted in your mouth. The lamb gravy was soon good. Everything we got was awesome. Great atmosphere. Didn't stay at the hotel but I'm sure it's good.

We stopped off here after finishing our walk to Ravenscar Tearooms and back. This place is a regular stop off for us, always get a decent beef baguette and chips, salad. Dog friendly also which is a bonus, as she is always with us.

A true gem . Stunning place . The walk to the beach is steep but so worth it . It's gruelling back to the top as well . At least the pub does amazing food . Good coffee or a nice cool drink

Lovely country pub in a beautiful location. I’m mainly posting this for other vegans, as I spent ages online trying to work out whether they had any vegan options. The lunchtime menu has a three bean chilli that is labelled vegan. On the evening menu the bean chilli is not labelled vegan but the staff assured me it’s the same thing. Option of rice or chips (chips are fried in vegetable oil but other things are fried in there too). The main thing is that it’s a lovely old pub though, in a beautiful area. Staff were lovely, and it’s very dog friendly.

FANTASTIC!!! Booked ahead to reserve parking bay for campervan and table reservations. Food was really lovely and not that expensive and the drinks were well priced also. This pub is very very busy with muddy walkers and doggies. The staff are very friendly and always busy, won't see a staff member doing nothing here!! WELL DONE HAYBURN WYKE INN will definitely recommend and return 👍

What a lovely pub. Perfectly situated for a good pint and some food after a wander down to the beach. We ordered sandwiches and a side of chips, which were all delicious. A good pint too. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere (anywhere that allows dogs is good in my book). Would definitely recommend.

We have just enjoyed a delicious roast dinner here at the Hayburn Wyke Inn, the beef was so tender it literally melted in your mouth 😋. This is the perfect place to enjoy a good hearty meal after a long walk as we did. Not expensive and a good choice on the menu. Don't expect a fancy modern pub but enjoy the old photos and history of this place along with the old pub dog who likes to just sit on her chair nearby. Staff are very friendly and service was excellent. Dogs are very welcome here. We will definitely be back soon.

Great traditional pub near the waterfall and just off the Cleveland way. Good beers on cask, reasonable prices, very homely, great grounds. The food was really tasty and a cut above what you would expect.

Amazing location, nice and quiet well away from main roads. It wasn't particularly busy but it took nearly an hour for our food order but it was really worth the wait. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and had a great time, the walk down to the waterfall was lovely.

Stayed on a Wednesday night in out campervan, I believe 6 pitches are available, so booking advised. Great location off any main roads, very good pub food, we had the mixed grill and a sirloin steak, cannot fault. Also Dog friendly. Very quiet on the night, free to stay in a camper if you buy a meal. Otherwise £15 a night. Would definitely stay again and recommend 👌 also 20 minute walk to the Waterfall by the coast and access to Cleveland way. Perfect
