Afternoon tea for three - it was absolutely gorgeous. You can choose your own sandwich and cake from a good range, plus a huge scone, jam and cream. We also got two pots of tea/coffee each. Really good value, beautiful service and lovely surroundings. And best of all, we took home what we couldn't finish. Really good value at £10 per person. Highly recommended.
Had a baby shower here this afternoon and it was just perfect, staff were so friendly and accommodating, sandwiches freshly made and cakes were to die for, thank you very much x���

Came to visit for afternoon tea during a holiday to Scarborough and it was absolutely fantastic - genuinely gutted to be going home so wouldn’t be able to visit readily. Was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, great price too! Was also the best cuppa I’ve had in a long, long time. Highly recommend!

The Yew Tree could not do more for us today at my Daughters-in-law's baby shower. The afternoon tea and hospitality was 1st class. Would highly recommend xx
It's a good sign that several of the tables were reserved, at lunchtime on a chilly day in early March. Luckily for us there was a free table. Food was excellent and the service very good too.
Wonderful continental breakfast for myself. Full English for hubby. Beautifully presented and made to order. Would recommend and will visit again

What a wonderful place, I really don’t want to call it a cafe because that would be an injustice to the staff and owner. Extremely inviting from the outward appearance, and very well appointed inside. On our visit it was quite busy, but this is due to its popularity and excellent service. The menu is straightforward and absolutely mouth watering. We will be returning at the next possible opportunity, highly recommend a visit, book if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Superb, placed an order for a birthday cake, collected yesterday. Came in a great box (so it didn't get spoilt in transit. Wonderful soft and light 🍋 spoge. Perfection, thanks guys (very happy wife). As commented on collection..you made me look good.....
