Absolutely beautiful thick but flaky fish with the lightest, crispiest batter! The chips with both crunchy and fluffy.
Honestly some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had.
We called in at lunch time for fish and chips and WOW best in a long time possible better than see side. Hugh portions lovely white flakes of cod and chips was crispy with no fat on tray so nice clean food
Great fish and chips, but avoid the felafel. Went there for a takeaway with my partner. He had the fish and chips which he said were the best he'd had for a long time. I chose the felafel wrap which was disappointing. Lukewarm felafel which just turned to mush in the wrap, and lacklustre salad. I'd hoped for some hummus in the wrap but if there was any, it wasn't much. If I go there again I'll stick to fish and chips.

Haddock is still delicious, and the chips are even better than I remembered. Great place to take a trip to for dinner. Have yet to try non fish items as we cone here specifically for the fish.

Great place, little hole in the wall place. Staff are friendly. We ordered the large haddock with chips, and the best is they let you decide how much salt and vinegar to put on it. Haddock came in a cardboard box, think half a pizza box. This was the best haddock me and my wife have had so far and we have been to many different ones around lincolnshire. The haddock bater had flavor, possibly due to frying location (turkish food is sold here as well). Portions were huge, everything had a delicious crunch. Will definetly come back.
My Mum wanted me to leave a review on her behalf after visiting Rumbles (Sawtry) today with my son (her grandson). She said their fish and chips were great and when asked if she would like a drink afterwards and coffee wasn’t available, the staff ran to the local shop to organise it for her.
The decor and atmosphere were great; the food was absolutely superb. Great chef and great service! We shall be back again, so lucky to have this in Sawtry.

Good chippy - very generous portions, decent food and if you pre order online it’s very quick service.
First time visited Rumbles Fish Bar and it was very nice, service was very good, staff were very friendly and helpful. Really liked the couscous and lamb skewers.
