The Sawley Arms - Sawley - Photo album

Well, the menu says "freshly made", never been so true. That was the best sunday roast of my life!! The sticky toffee pudding is gigantic!!! Dog friendly, better to reserve a table. Staff is fantastic.
Called in after a ride out around tea time ISH on Sunday. They only serve Sunday dinners on a Sunday and they'd had a busy day so only pork left. But that didn't matter for us. I think it was the best pork roast I've ever had. (Shame I didn't get a photo) Service was brilliant lovely friendly staff.
I highly recommend The Sawley Arms! First, everyone was incredibly friendly - they made us feel at home. Second, the food was delicious. Their warm, baked bread was so good - the perfect crunch and a soft interior. The carrot and parsley soup of the day was very tasty and homey. I appreciated the we

Amazing Sunday lunch of pork loin. Meat was cooked to perfection, the Yorkshires huge and the vegetables delicious. Friendly service and a warm welcome on a cold day.
Stayed nearby and enjoyed a few meals here during our stay. A little on the pricey side, but the food was amazing, especially the sunday roast which was cooked just right. The potatoes and cauliflower were delicious. One of my favorite things was the toffee pudding. Staff were friendly and gave us i
