We stopped here for a quick bite on our way to Suffolk. Assumed it was just going to be pretty basic food as it looked very cheap. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Not been here for a few years and didn't find it as pleasurable this time. Service was good but the breakfast wasn't up to scratch over cooked bacon and sausage and beans was cold even after sending them back they still come back cold. Wasn't busy so a little more effort would of been good. Being in
Popped in today after a lovely trip along the river. The two boys said their Chicken Tower Burger and Chips were the best they’ve ever had. I opted for the Club Sandwich which as well and being huge, was absolutely lovely. We’ll definitely pop in again when next passing!
Outstanding service was amazing and the food cooked to our requirements nothing was to much trouble and all food was to high standards and quality ingredients used . Will definitely be back again as a regular.
Went here with family. I picked something on the menu - jacket potato with salad, and added the bacon and fried egg. Good quality white bread on the other order of bacon and breakfast sandwiches. Mugs of tea
Great spot right on the river for breakfast or lunch. They also have vegan and vegetarian options so it is easy to visit when there is a group of people.
Once upon a time, Before the original girls (waterway) had to leave this place, it WAS, By far the best tasting food from any café I have ever experienced.
What a lovely local cafe! Fresh local produce is used which makes such a difference! Would highly recommend the salads and salt beef bagels, packed with such flavour! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. One very happy customer! Thank you Waterway Cafe! I will be back.
Fantastic food, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff who have gone the extra mile to accommodate my food allergies. Always a pleasure to see the team and eat here. Only thing is I wish they were open for longer so I could visit more often. Well worth a visit you won’t be disappointed.
First time I have been to the newly opened Waterway cafe and I wasn’t disappointed!
If you are looking for a freshly cooked breakfast for very reasonable prices you won’t get much better than this.

Stopped in for a quick jacket potato whilst driving through Sawbo and I must say they have the best Coleslaw in the whole town!
