What a lovely pub. Warm welcome, great food and drink and cosy ambiance. Perfect for a lazy late lunch after a hearty walk in the beautiful countryside and village in which it sits. A long time favourite and it never disappoints.
Great country pub. Outside dining. There is a COVID limited menu currently in operation so expect a reduced offering. It's not fast food, but it's not your usual pub fair either.
Food great. Tasted lovely but very little portion only had one roast potato on my plate. And about 2 small spoonfuls of vegetables. but the service was poor.. we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our pudding which they forgot ,no apology .. won't be going there again very expensive
