The staff is so sweet and caring, I love the fact that it's always clean.
There is no issue with the food, it was great and packaged well.
The only issue we had was having to wait for the next shift to come in before being served (this was around midnight). It would make a huge difference if they could do the changeover without affecting orders. Three one positive is that the staff was very polite and professional.
I would like to give a shout out to Khaya, she really knows how to handle a customer complaint and she resolve it. She honestly made me forget about my bad experience and I will surely continue shopping at the store.
I love It here the staff is very attentive and your order is made fast for u.the food is very nice and appetizing keep i t up KFC thts the way to go.
The Store I'm sure wouldn't have passed on a front of house check, most tables an seating areas dirty, however staff was friendly and helpful food was KFC can't complain.
However From a clean hygienic shop front perspective needs improvement to especially suit the pleasant service.

There are always long queues at the drive-through and you find that the staff taking your orders aren't welcoming
It has good options for quick bites and sometimes really good offers online. Love this bucket for 1 + drinks in just R30 . Very economical and filling . The taste is good too.
