Morrisons Isle Of Wight - Lake Cafe - Sandown - Photo album

Came here for breakfast whilst we were staying in the Premier Inn down the road. There was a good selection of breakfast items from a full English to porridge. I had the poached eggs and advacardo on toast. The eggs were really tasty and still runny. Food came really quickly and was good value. T
Nice food plenty of it ... if I was to be overly picky I would say black pudding was bit dry and overcooked . But fantastic food at fantastic prices. Kids loved it . Service was great ,it was very busy was told would be a 20 min wait which is fine and food was out in 10 so that was a bonus ...
Very nice food. Kids loved their £1 sundaes. The staff were very nice and friendly.
I’ve had the small breakfast a couple of times and i think it’s good value for money. Next time i plan on trying the roastie and the bangers and mash with peas and gravy, it looks good on the menu! The ladies who work there in Lake are very friendly and happy, which is always nice to see!…thank you!
Simon in the Cafe, is a star.. very busy in there but he smiled his way throughout, informing people there may be a wait.. trying to serve customers and also waiter at the same time. He was apologetic for any wait. What a great chap. Well done Morrisons ..
Staff were excellent and very friendly. The menu seems to have been reduced a bit as had to buy an adult.meal for one of my.children as didn't like the children'seals.whocj never used to do. Once food came it was very good - equal to many of the big name chain restaurants but at a much lower price
Friendly service, we are on first name terms with Simon & his team. Food is very good & our grandchildren love it as well. Well worth a visit. But I suggest doing the shopping before eating as not feeling hungry puts you off buying enough food.
We usually use this place as a convenient stop for a bite to eat on the way to my daughter's dance lesson. We are vegan, so we just have chips. So this review is just on chips and service! Chips are OK quality and a large chips is good value for money. The staff seem very nice. I looked at other peo
The self service was quick and easy to use. Drinks station was clear to work out and the food came out within 10mins. Excellent value for money. Looses a star for the lady that served our food, she was clearly unable to smile or talk that day.
The new cafe is modern looking and feels spacious. Has mix of booths and table and chairs sitting. Bare wood tables. Sauces on tables. Still standard menu. Hot drinks from self serve coffee machine. Cold drinks including fizzy. Really lovely breakfast for the price. System has changed. Find a table.
Now open, Big Daddy breakfast is massive, great value and quick service. Remember to get your table number before you order. Healthier options are also available, they even do Sunday lunch. Normally a kids eat free offer on as well. Clearly easy to go shopping while you wait.
5 of us paid £3.50 each for a massive breakfast and a drink it took a while to arrive, but that's due to covid measures which were amazing, we felt safe thought the entire meal and we felt completely that all the staff were happy and attentive it really was a very good breakfast, well worth the mone
