After a long tine of wanting to visit this beaut, I went with my dad for breakfast for Father’s Day.... absolutely delicious! Service was great, amazing view, couldn’t be in a better place thank you � smoked salmon highly recommend!
Super beach-side restaurant on the quieter side of Sandown pier. Great food and ambience at any time of year courtesy of the affable Greg, who prepares the finest crab dishes on the island including award-winning crabcakes and in the summer a crab and avocado stack to die for! Always good and always a pleasure to visit, even for just a beer.
Rode my motorbike over here for an early breakfast one Sunday morning. Great full breakfast with fast service and superb spot for views to boot.

We had an amazing breakfast yesterday before leaving the island! Good food, perfectly cooked and good value for money, friendly and attentive staff and perfect location � we will certainly return here next time we come over on holiday.
We loved this place! Had their most delicious battered fish and chips and an exquisite crab and avocado stack. Yum. Service was friendly and inviting - highly recommend.

Fantastic day at The Beach Shack today! Started off with a champagne breakfast and ended up with dinner there too, being the last to leave. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and was very welcoming. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back! �
My favourite place on the Isle of Wight. I had lunch here yesterday (Saturday) and though they were incredibly busy they still managed to serve the best and freshest crab cakes I've had anywhere in the world. This place has the perfect blend of relaxed atmosphere and professional service. I'll be back very soon.

Sorry we turned up late, Neil waited at Lymington since 4pm to get home and have a hot meal with his family. Everyone starving as we have no kitchen � we headed down to Flannagans � but then smelled awesomeness coming from the Beach Shack! So we took a chance to see if we could slide in for Burger night. Gracious Greg told us to take a seat! Legend!!

Today we came back to try the Fish & chips. Comes in small or regular £9/£13, we had a small portion each which was perfect for lunch. Fish so soft & batter really light, no greasy after taste 👍best fish & chips I had in a long time.

Went looking for crab and lobster. However none on the menu. That may have been due to the time we turned up (1530). meals were still very good. Had the sea food platter.

Lovely place to enjoy all types of food and beverages anytime of the day. Has a great location which isn’t in the busy side and great views. The food was a really good balance and taste fresh like they just plucked it out from their local supply (the English Channel). Convenient, friendly and would recommend. Been then several times during our visit.
What a gem!! Absolutely fantastic seafood, so fresh! If we were staying long enough, I'd go back and try the whole menu!! Excellent service, really quick and friendly. Lots of choices on the menu and all of the dishes sound amazing!!!
Fantastic place for breakfast. The portions were very generous and reasonably priced. The ingredients were fresh and we'll prepared (runny eggs and hot crispy hash browns). The cafe is positioned on the side of a little hill overlooking the sea and the pier so do grab a window table to enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and welcoming, we had a lovely time.
