Blue Cap - Sandiway - Photo album

We enjoyed a lovely lunchtime meal at The Blue Cap recently. It was quiet and we could have our choice of table . All staff were friendly, helpful and super polite. They were efficient and quick to serve drinks, take orders and bring food. It's hard to judge prices as some people prefer a larger/sm
As a family we have always been to the Blue Cap for food and drinks, quite often it has been hit and miss but we went for a dinner on Saturday night and it was brilliant! The food was great, prices were reasonable and service was excellent! I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
Just where I needed to go for a nice drink and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be back soon! The decor and ambience were very inviting. Just the type of place you can come and enjoy on these dark and cold evenings. Or in the day with a book. The directions for parking areas could be a litt
Great place to eat and drink. I particularly recommend the wild boar bangers and mash. Although they're a special I hope they're regularly rotated in. The blue cap has a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly and attentive without being pushy which is a difficult line to navigate. A fantastic

I visited here with friends for lunch, and had an excellent meal. Food was fresh and piping hot. Toilets were spotless too. Great customer service and welcome from Stacey, who looked after us. Thank you.
Random visit, good food and nice ale in a relaxed atmosphere
Had a really enjoyable meal here ( reasonably priced) with our granddaughter service was good and the staff very pleasant, they even brought some crayons and coloring in sheet for the little one 😀 would definitely dine here again, charming Olde world style interior.
Four of us came for dinner as part of our monthly pie club I can't say enough how good everything was from the greeting from our server Billie to the fantasticly cooked food. I had the Korean bbq crispy chicken strips as a starter and the chicken ham pie with mash as a main. I would happily give the
It was our first visit after being recommended by a family member who visits weekly. It was a really nice place, lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent. Will definitely be returning.
Visited here with my family for dinner. We all had 3 courses and drinks. All the food was beautiful and portion size was very generous. We went on a week day and it was fairly busy but the service was just right and everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Even when my son got confused and ask

Great place food lovely, service was slow but they were suddenly busy & wasn't enough staff on to cope but the girls did there best & were very friendly. Choc brownie was amazing & the salmon in cream sauce really nice meal
Some of the best meals I've had for ages. Generous portions for the price, good quality ingredients and a wide selection of items on the menu. Friendly staff and a reasonable environment.
Much better than my previous visit pre covid. Food was delicious and everything everyone ordered was great. We unfortunately felt very rushed due to a lack of multiple chefs or something along those lines. Almost felt guilty for ordering. Nonetheless i would come back!
