Coffee is great and staff are friendly and quick. The tables overlooking the sea and promenade are brilliant and well worth taking some time to people watch

Beef, gherkin with mustard roll was just delicious, husband's bacon roll ditto. To eat right on beach, can't be bettered.

Always good to stop for a good coffee, latte, or a mocha with a fresh tasty Danish. Staff are v friendly. Love the little tables, with vases of flowers, throws on the back of the chairs incase the wind blows, plus a decorated stone on the table to avoid a napkin disappearing along the beach. A little piece of peace and happiness in the sun, or even on a windy day.

Excellent brie, bacon & cranberry rolls, together with lovely latte. Friendly staff who even brought out an umbrella for us when it started to rain. For me, the Boat House is first choice for food & drink in Sandgate.

Lovely seaside cafe, offering food and drink options. Well prepared and well staffed. A perfect stop off when the weather is nice!

Nice little area to grab a beverage while you walk along the shore. Prices are similar to those along the local area and staff are always welcoming. Coffee is a little disappointing, mocha are reasonable but cappuccino aren’t worth the money, just no real flavour.

Fun, professional staff serving great food in a beautiful setting. Super bacon roll served with crisps and salad. Tea is actually made for you to your spec rather than the DIY system elsewhere. Reasonable prices for location and quality.

Brilliant and justifiably popular beachside cafe serving delicious picnic basics on laudably biodegradable woodshaving plates. Borrow free sunglasses and binoculars to gaze seawards at shipping - and France. Just need more visibly separate bins to maximise recycling those beautiful plates.
