I booked a table for 14 for a birthday celebration. I could’ve asked for more the staff, food and environment was brilliant! Thank you for making our evening special.

Thanks guys @ The Med Kitchen for an amazing evening. We loved not only the food but also the smiling service of all the staff.
Last but not the least was the best baklava I had outside Turkey.

Stopped off for lunch while on a walk. Really enjoyed the food. Will definitely return.
Update: Returned the following evening with my family and had a three course meal with cocktails. The portions were large and the service polite, fast and friendly. Enjoyed it.

Our first visit but, definitely not the last……! We had our son's 30th Birthday booked yesterday afternoon. We arrived to an early afternoon sitting (our choice) to find the restaurant buzzing with enjoyment of other guests eating their food.
The food was absolutely amazing, served very courteously, and hot. The staff were very attentive and very smart. Could not fault one thing about our experience visiting this restaurant.
This restaurant is truly run very well by management and staff. Well done to you all. See you again from Essex very soon……!
I've been here so many times and it never disappoints. Great food, exceptional service and the place always has a fantastic atmosphere! My birthday meal was amazing and loved my surprise baklava and ice cream dessert 🍨 thank you! I will be back 😊
Great portions and amazing food! Fairly priced; each dish is around £15-20 and the portion is large. Service was good and the restaurant had a nice ambience, 10/10 would recommend. If you are ordering a lot of dishes, be prepared for a bit of a wait though!
Family friendly was served swiftly and was given extra salad for free and the kids enjoyed the Turkish delights and the yummy chocolate and ice cream pudding at the end.

We were here for dinner. The service without problems beautifully it smelled of coal the food itself also smelled beautifully I recommend the lamb ribs. The food was delicious. They sing happy birthday when it's someone's birthday and you announce it beforehand which makes it a bit nicer atmosphere.

This is a relatively new place, so I took some family with me on a Monday evening around 9.30pm expecting it to be relatively quiet. Luckily I called up about an hour before and reserved a table. Good thing I did, as when I arrived the place was full except for 1 table! I was surprised considering the timing and fact that it was a weekday. Anyway, we were seated at our table, given menus and cutlery laid on the table. A waiter arrived after 3-4 minutes and asked for our drink orders. We order the drinks and told him what starters and mains we had decided too. Another few mins and the correct drinks were delivered to our table. Another few minutes and the warm starter sharing plate we ordered arrived and from the display and effort that had gone into making the food look good, I knew it would taste great and it did not disappoint. Really lovely flavour, nothing over done, literally perfect for my taste and for my family too. After that the mains, a mixed grill and wow, how succulent is the meat? Jaw dropping. The lamb chop, absolutely amazing, the chicken wings, mouthwatering. Everything was really fantastic. Loved this place and so glad it's close by and has such great service. The manager came round as well to ask if everything was okay and suggest we try some other things next time we come and I will be taking him up on his advice. Price is not cheap, but with quality and service like this in a beautiful atmospheric restaurant, more than happy to pay the extra few pounds. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a very nice lunch at the Med Kitchen, staff were as always very helpful and the food was very good. I must admit we do go there quite often and have never been disappointed, but yet it can get very busy at times and this can be a bit of a challenge as it gets very noisy, especially if you are sitting in the middle part of the restaurant. The other thing we noticed it that prices have gone up quite steeply, both on the food and drinks.
We had a lovely meal and enjoyed the cocktails too! We ordered Calamari, and Mussels for starters. The mussels were cooked in a delicious, flavoursome sauce. In my view the calamari was just average. My husband ordered the charcoal seabass (main dish) as a starter and it was a lovely whole seabass, that came with bulgar wheat and it was very tasty! I enjoyed my lamb ribs and chips main course. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its tasty food, food size portions and ambience.
You have to try this place out!!! So happy this is local to us! Have eaten here a couple of times now and it was great in both cases!!!! Good service, ambience and even better food! Melt in mouth meat, cooked to perfection! Halal friendly too!
