Finally had the chance to pop in today. If you're in the area do not hesitate to visit.
Coffee, cake and scones today and everything was perfect.

The best cup of coffee in town, with a lovely tray bake. Festive sausage roll, with nicely dressed salad, coleslaw and thick crunchy crisps. Yum!
We've had light, mid-morning snacks and full lunches at Gibsons and the food has been excellent whenever we have been there. The service is always friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend Gibsons to anyone looking for food in Sandbach.

The food and drinks are amazing and sourced locally.lovely staff and the place is very clean. Cant wait to go back for the hot white chocolate with raspberry drink.

Gibsons' is a wonderful little independent deli-cafe-greengrocer. The eat-in breakfasts/lunches offer a good range of options (I'm vegetarian, plus I always see vegan and gluten-free options too), with homemade and locally sourced items. Cakes, pastries and donuts are a real treat, with Gibsons' own
Lovely family run cafe, all the food and drink we’ve tried has always been fresh and delicious. Really wonderful service, all the staff always make such a fuss of my little girl as well so it’s become our little haven for a weekly coffee date, highly recommended
We have been getting a weekly veg box with eggs and 💚❤💛🧡 it - lots of delicious seasonal produce little to no plastic and something a bit different every week, I like it because it means the only choice I have to make is what to cook rather than umm-ing and ahh-ing in the supermarket would deffo r
Can’t recommend Gibsons highly enough. I started buying from them during the first lockdown and have remained since. Fabulous quality products, friendly service, and I’m looking forward to sitting having coffee outside in months to come.
Lovely friendly shop, bread is lovely and a great place to have a coffee. Staff are very good at wearing masks which is reassuring.
