The Old Hall - Sandbach - Photo album

Highly recommend the Old Hall. Cosy. Super tasty food. My son and his partner suggested this great place, and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely return.
Stopped by on the way down from the Lake District, came across this pub as it was an ideal halfway point to our destination. Am so glad we found it! Such a gorgeous old building, our kids had fun exploring the nooks and crannies of this 17th Century building (while mummy ooh’ed and aah’ed over the r
Have enjoyed the food and drink, great atmosphere and antique furniture where is everywhere. Highly recommended
What a beautiful old pub! Clean bathrooms, lots of parking outside, reasonable prices, very friendly staff and a beautiful atmosphere. They have a great selection of beers on tap, lots of local brews. The menu was quite diverse. Lots of traditional English foods like fish pies, fish and chips. B
Beautiful building, lovely welcoming, friendly and attentive staff and INCREDIBLE FOOD. Faultless. Best Sunday roast I've ever had in a pub or restaurant. Soft, fluffy potatoes which are crunchy and flavourful on the outside, tender meat, perfectly seasoned veg and tremendous Yorkshire pudding! We'l
Lovely setting for tea. Food was very good and service excellent. Couldn't enjoy the selection of beers as I was driving although the one pint I had was lovely.
Lovely pub with lots of character. Fish and chips to die for. Very very tasty.
A really beautiful building inside & out with lovely deçor. The staff were friendly & helpful when told there was a coeliac diner & a lactose intolerant & pork-free diner. There was a ramp to the right hand side for visitors with mobility needs (the main entrance has 3-4 steps).
Another wonderful meal at the Old Hall - amazing service as always by the team from the moment you walk through the door. Food was excellent - the onion rings were home made light crispy and delicious.
Thank you for a lovely evening. We were originally booked for a table of 5, which changed to 3. Later into the evening, our parents could join us, so we went back to a table of 5. The staff were so accommodating of our change in plans, and the service was on point, given it was a busy night. Thanks
Large building with lots of rooms. Food and drinks selection very good. Staff attentive and friendly. Nice decor with traditional feel. Beer garden to front and rear with lots of seats. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking available. Return visit - had Sunday Roast with beef. The beef and veget
Amazing setting in a grade 1 listed building. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the food here. One to go back to
The old Hall hosted a small family party, providing a lovely private room that comfortably sat all 14 of our party. Great service, food amazing. Lovely venue and great value.
Lovely pub! Great place to drink, food is very nice too! I didnt realise how big the place was! I was speaking to the boss Dan. He's a lovely man. Told me about all the events they are doing. They also have a pool table and 2 dart boards to keep us entertained, along with alot of TVs full of sports.
This is a great pub, staff are friendly and the food is delicious. Great for stopping off for a drink or going for a special meal. At weekend I would book as it gets busy. Dog friendly and they run a monthly dog walk the last weekend of the month led by the staff. A great community asset.
Very expensive both food and drink. Paid £3.18 for a small bottle of Coke a Cola, which the bar staff made me pour into the glass!! To many students working behind bar and as waitress'es, with no experience. Lovely beer garden. Dogs are allowed inside and outside of pub.
Really nice food good selection of ales and other drinks friendly staff lovely old grade one listed building well worth a visit will go again when in the area
My first visit. Was most impressed with both the food and the service. The staff were a credit to the Old Hall. Hopefully we will visit again.
