Was In for a coffee with my partner, son and Mum.
Staff handled a situation with 2 young brothers being chased down by 2 young bullies.
I had the boys sit next to us while the staff ushered the bullies out. The boys called their mum to pick them up, while Staff continued to look after the boys until
I like this coffee shop. I’m not entirely sure that the building shape bests suits a normal Costa Venue as it is dark and cavernous at the back and difficult to get a mobile signal. However, the friendly efficient staff more than make up for this minor difficulty. The service is fast and the coffee

Really nice Costa. Lovely staff, quick service and friendly staff.
Love going here for a catch up with friends love that they alway have new drinks on the go, love their cheese and tomato toastie and the tomato and mozzarella panini too they also do a nice variety of cakes, muffins and biscuits.

Visited this store many times. Staff really are friendly. .drinks done how you like them both & cold snacks served. A small play area up the back for the little ones. Highchairs & baby changing facilities. Newspapers there so you can have a read while you eat. Wheelchair accessible entrance & toile
As usual with Costa lovely coffee served by friendly staff - a very busy shop always a good sign I think

Not great communication / banter from staff, but they are very busy however.
The staff are nice but there's a few that take a long time to make the drinks and, the handful of times I've been, haven't made the drink correctly e.g not skimmed milk when I've specifically asked for it. In my opinion the Stevenston Costa is much better but it has been opened much longer!
