We booked into the steakhouse last month and loved it . Even though it was dark outside you could still see the sea by the pier which was lovely . The food was so good . We weren't sure what the chimihuri sauce was and they brought some out so we could try it before we ordered . I have an allergy and they were so accommodating and didn't make me feel embarrassed about ordering or like I was being picky . The staff were so friendly and checked up on how the food was and made sure we always had drinks .Tomahawk is a bit pricey but its definitely worth it for the service and food .
I was a bit doubtful that a chain restaurant could be any good and I'm glad I was surprised by just how good it was. The parmo croquettes are absolutely stunning in looks and flavour. The moo pie again was full of flavour and so was the dipping sandwich with gravy. Great staff and beautiful view out over the beach.
I have been to a few Tomahawk restaurants and this is far the best .Staff are fantastic and always helpful. The views over Saltburn are outstanding. The downside was the parking it is a busy seaside resort so no parking nearby. We went for the 3 course meals for £20 All in . it's a shame we are all Alcoholics as I spent more beer than food .
Amazing meal here and shout out to Tammy our lovely waitress. We had 2 of the tomahawk steaks sharing platters with 8 sides and everything was perfect & delicious - especially loved the Stilton creamed spinach & Stilton&bacon sauce, with beef dripping chips dipped in 🤤 everything about our experience here was 5*! They accommodated our baby, as well as 3 dogs who were allowed in too. Will definitely recommend to everyone!
A good steakhouse that suited our breakfast needs. Sat in an idyllic environment that opens out like a ray of sunshine from a couple of nearby not so pleasant (on initial face value) villages on route.
Accommodating staff, couldn't help enough. Good atmospheric outside seating and a view to die for.
Once done there you can walk in the pier as well as the endless sandy beach.
From start to finish this meal was incredible! The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was superb!
The lobster and king prawn Mac n cheese was a creamy cheesy delight full of prawns and lobster. Very decent portion.
The sharing platter was cooked to perfection the meat all cook just as we'd asked, the sides were a great accompaniment as were the sauces.
The sticky toffee pudding was great 👍
Couldn't recommend enough! Will definitely be going back 💯
Food was delicious! Loved how kid friendly it is. Council paid car park just over from Tomahawk. Great views and scenery. We've also been for breakfasts a few times and highly recommend them too.
Restaurant itself is lovely and the food was unbelievable but the service was a little slow towards the end. Our mains order was taken quickly and didnt take long to come but it took around 40 minutes for our desert order to be taken and they didn’t have what we were after
Went for an evening meal for my birthday 🎂 🥳 with my fiancée and took my father with us.
Opted for the 3 course meal deal.
We were all too full to have desert, so give that a miss. The girl looking after us tried to explain we hadn't had the 3 course, so the bill should be £65 more than we expected.
Why oh why when we saved them 3 deserts did they make such a song and dance over this?
Worst still the service charge was added to the bill before been asked if we wanted to pay service charge.
How cheeky is that.
I prefer to leave my tip and how much I tip is my choice.
Other than this the food was great staff very good so thank you all.
Fantastic Meal, great staff very pleasant, nice surroundings definitely will go back
Very expensive for what you get, 2 soft drinks was £9:90 alone but the saving grace was the special 3 course menu for £20 was decent for the price, but the normal menu is very expensive but great views of the sea side and cliffs.
Great views. We had starters and desserts. Delicious food. There was bit of a delay in getting our desserts. Young lady who I think was the floor manager, was very apologetic and offered us drinks and desserts on the house. We were really touched by such a generous offer. Waiting staff were all very friendly. Definitely go back if i visit Saltburn again.
Wow.
I rang up the restraunt last minute to see if they could seat 9 people as it was my wife's birthday.
Another 2 people had turned up, so 11 of us ate. I can not even find the right words for what a wonderful experience it was. Staff were absolutely fantastic and made the day even better. The food was excellent and I mean excellent. All our family are of the same mind.
It was so good tipped them £100 and still thought had I tipped enough. My wife is terminally ill, and she said the whole experience was wonderful.
I can not thank the staff enough and also want to mention the kitchen staff and sometimes they are forgotten. You have to go and experience this wonderful place.
Thank guys.
Food was unbelievable, service was unbelievable. We hadn't booked it was fairly busy (sunny Saturday afternoon) however we were greeted and offered an amazing table on the front deck. Can't fault a single bit of it and cannot wait to return next week.
Not sure why there are so many low scores, food was on point as it always is at any of the tomahawk restaurants, service was great and the view was amazing. Only complain was it is cold on the veranda area especially at the end where we sat. There is a lot of heaters in there so not like they didn't try to keep it warm.
