We visited the seaview restaurant last night for a family meal and could not fault the service, lovely staff, tasty food and the atmosphere and view! Really stunning setting and incredible food. If you like fish you will not be disappointed. We loved the desserts too! All but one of us had 3 course meal. The prices are really good value. You'll see I voted for £50-£60 per person as we had mostly 3 courses each. Could not recommend this restaurant enough! I would also like to say thank you to the friendly staff. We took a photo of my grandmother who passed recently and we went out for a meal as our wake for her and they acknowledged it and said really lovely words and looked after my grandad. That was very special for us. Thank you!

What a lovely team! We couldn't book for the evening over a 2 week period (obviously popular) so we opted for lunch... no booking policy at lunchtime. We got there early because we had noticed queues to get in later and we were seated straight away. Large coffee gin to start... the others had something boring... Then oysters, which I had never tried before. I am a convert. They were amazing! We followed with the brioche and a burger. Burger was massive! Everything came with lovely super crunchy chips. Team was wonderful and chatty without being invasive. Even the toilets were themed and immaculate.... oh and if you did have a baby the changing facilities are fully stocked and clean.

We went here as a family of adults on the first night of our holiday in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. It was a fantastic experience; the venue is beautiful and elegant and we felt very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, funny but also professional. All of our food was excellent. We unanimously agreed to book again if we could get a table and we were able to do so later in the week. On our second visit it was almost as good. The only problem was that one member of my party was served a risotto that she found unpleasant; we spoke to staff who changed it for a different meal; it was all done very efficiently. The value for money was excellent. The wine we had was very good value for what it was. I had the dressed crab followed by the plaice on the first visit. On the second visit I had the potted shrimp followed by the fish pie (pictured in photo). The fish pie was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten although the dressed crab would be high on the list too.

Fantastic addition to Saltburns attractions. We sat on the open balcony (we had 3 Spaniels with us) a little longer wait for ca table because we needed to sit in an area dogs are allowed - it wasn't a very long wait and when we shown to our table it was more than worth the wait. Shady covered seat out of the direct sun with a fantastic Seaview. Food was fantastic very well presented and tasted devine. All the Spaniels were giving treats and fussed by the staff. We would highly recommend this Bistro - don't be put off if there is a queue- promise you'll like us think the wait was worth it.

Fantastic.... The last photo, was of my friends Gluten free fish & chips! She was literally 'over-the-moon' as, initially when I Googled, it said no Gluten free available. There is an extensive menu available for said Gluten free!

Crab brioche & slim fries absolutely delicious. Lovely, small restaurant with views of the sea. Staff very friendly & attentive. Lovely outdoor seating area but unfortunately the weather wasn't good.

Could hardly have a better location for the restaurant with great views over the saltburn coastline. Busy place with a constant queue outside. Maybe 10 tables inside and 15 out. Quite a pricey menu but expected with the seaside tax and the quality/freshness of the food offered. Fred & Nadiya's recommended Crab Brioche was amazing. Service was friendly and attentive. A must visit if in the area.

Magnificent view, delicious food & good service in a lovely restaurant. What's not to like, also one of the venues recommended by Fred Siriex and Nadiya Hussain on Yorkshire's Remarkable Places To Eat.

We went on a Wednesday for lunch and queued for about an hour.... but it was worth it! My husband and I cannot fault the service or food. We would certainly recommend a visit if you're in the area!

Ate here quite a while ago now, due a revisit. We had Seafood curry and crab brioche on one occasion then fish/scampi and chips another- absolutely stunning food. We think about the curry regularly. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are so professional. The wine was excellent too. Talking myself into booking a table again asap.

You arrive here and go up one floor by lift if you so choose the interior of the restaurant is done to a very high standard and the view is simply amazing. We had salmon moose and mussels to start followed by crab brioche and cod and chips. Sue said the crab was amazing. We had cocktails and a bottle of wine. We sat in a fantastic booth by the window a lovely meal and experience, the staff were very attentive as well the cost was £106 with service charge.
