Really friendly couple, I ordered some cakes to take away. We just ate the strawberry & cream cake. It was heavenly! Will have the biscoffi cake later on.
It was lovely to see Ann again and sample some of her gorgeous home made baking…. Her Tea Room is an absolute delight to visit with tables set in her beautiful garden.

This was a fantastic find after walking some of the Cleveland Way. Afternoon tea served in the front garden by a lovely owner with a great sense of humour. The Sandwiches and homemade cakes were just perfect. Great coffee and a lovely welcome. Would highly recommend. Thank you x
as someone said a little gem and after visiting the 'Runswick Bay' beauty spot, Anne kindly kept open to refill our cake'ometers! well maintained lush gardens are lovely surroundings while we had a lovely pot of tea. 5*****s
Lovely little place, the lady was so nice, welcoming and helpful.
Although I didn't have the pleasure of eating here I would like to give my sincere thanks to the kind lady and the equally kind gentleman who helped me retrieve my car from the adjacent field. My wife and I fully intend calling in next time we have the pleasure of visiting such a picturesque place.
I’ve given this 5 stars as I don’t want to suggest it’s not great. The problem is it’s disappeared! It may be permanently closed, so don’t rely on it
Excellent tea and cakes! The owner is so lovely, gave us lots of recommendations and filled up our water bottles for us (we were out cycling). Would recommend highly.
A lovely tea room ran by a really friendly lady. Sandwiches made to order so fresh as can be. Home baked cakes that were also delicious.
