Seaview Restaurant - Saltburn-by-the-Sea - Photo album

Booked lunch with a group of friends. Given a lovely seat inside the restaurant with a great seaview. Ordered regular fish and chips with mushy peas. Portion sizes big so a small would have done. When I visited last year I tried the Crab brioche made famous by Nadiya's UK food tour. It didn't disapp
Great food with an amazing view. We were lucky to get a window seat. The food was lovely, though took a little while to arrive and it didn't seem that busy. The venue was also cold and I ended up keeping my coat on. The staff were lovely though 👍🏼
We were so looking forward to visiting here after we Googled places to eat in Saltburn and it came out top. Oh my - we really weren't disappointed!! Stunning meal, I had the halibut and honestly I think it was the best I've ever had. The service was fabulous, all the staff were so friendly and we ha
We visited the seaview restaurant last night for a family meal and could not fault the service, lovely staff, tasty food and the atmosphere and view! Really stunning setting and incredible food. If you like fish you will not be disappointed. We loved the desserts too! All but one of us had 3 course
Seeing as this place was the highest rated chippy in the area (by a long shot) we thought we’d give it a go. We joined the ever growing queue to the takeout section at the bottom and placed an order for fish and chips + fish bites and chips. Not sure if it was a one off but the waiting time after p
Lovely fish and chips . Just went to the takeaway as the que for the restaurant was quite long. I still enjoyed them and found a wall out of the wind .
Fabulous views but booking is a must on an evening, the menu was limited but what they do they do very well excellent wine list too 😄🍷
What a lovely team! We couldn't book for the evening over a 2 week period (obviously popular) so we opted for lunch... no booking policy at lunchtime. We got there early because we had noticed queues to get in later and we were seated straight away. Large coffee gin to start... the others had someth
The food was great, one of the best fish and chips I ever had. The view was fantastic and I love their interior decors. It’s a must if you come to Saltburn. The only pity thing was I came on Monday and the menu had limited choices.
Called in for takeawaylate afternoon , so quiet we thought it was closing; just a lull, no sooner did we order our fish and chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce a wave of customers followed. Our meals were excellent, superbly prepared cod ( massive and also chunky) gorgeous hot brown chips with
Very nice restaurant, great food, great service and good atmosphere. A perfect view of the seaside if you manage to get a window seat, then again you'll be able to see it wherever you're seated. They get booked up quickly plus a booking deposit is taken. If you're looking for fine dining, this is th
Very deceptive from the outside. Looks very much like a standard fish and chips takeaway but go through the right, up the stairs and enter a lovely fresh open dining room with great views out to sea. We ordered the renown crab sandwich and fish and chips. The sandwich was the best sandwich I have ev
Could hardly have a better location for the restaurant with great views over the saltburn coastline. Busy place with a constant queue outside. Maybe 10 tables inside and 15 out. Quite a pricey menu but expected with the seaside tax and the quality/freshness of the food offered. Fred & Nadiya's recom
Fantastic addition to Saltburns attractions. We sat on the open balcony (we had 3 Spaniels with us) a little longer wait for ca table because we needed to sit in an area dogs are allowed - it wasn't a very long wait and when we shown to our table it was more than worth the wait. Shady covered seat
Popped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and although the queue looked long we were quickly served. Ordered fish and chips and fish bites and chips. Very generous portions we should have shared chips. Loved that you add your own salt and vinegar. Lovely batter, chips were tasty and fish cooked well.
Exceptional food delivered by exceptional people! Fantastic ambience and setting with warm, knowledge, attentive and passionate staff. Highly recommended. A gem on the the North East coast that needs to be discovered and experienced.
Arrived for opening still a little organising to do on the outside deck with regards to seating. Fish & Chips large meal was taste and fresh. I had the scallops starter which was lovely. Dog friendly too.Location and view fantastic couldn’t be any better.
Best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful atmosphere and setting with an amazing view of the sea. Gorgeous decor! Baby change was brilliant too - strange thing to say but had spare nappies in incase you had run out.
