Valentine's meal.
Steak was over cooked the first time it came to the table, however the way they handled the complaint was great, and the service was very very good. Food was lovely once they rectified the steak. Atmosphere was great and a red rose given to my wife was a nice touch.
We will be back for sure. Well done.

Beautiful place. I've been before, but this time it was more special and different. We booked a table and was given a choice of where, not just told where to go. We were talking when the menu was 1st brought and they ended up coming back because we were talking but that wasn't a problem. Staff were polite. The order taken was one that precisely and quickly delivered. Food was astounding as always. Would definitely recommended and will be going back. Well done alessi's 5* in our opinion
My wife & I visited Alessi's this evening. What a brilliant place, wonderful food, lovely surroundings & the staff are absolutely spot on, thankyou to all of you...........the only problem we have now is that we need to make several more 400 mile round trips up to Saltburn so that we can work our way through the menu!!

Thank you to all the Alessi's staff for a lovely experience. On a really busy evening you were able to cater admirably for our party of 10 including giving time and space to our disabled son and also providing a first class 'bespoke' pasta dish for our other son who has severe dietary restrictions. He said on the way home that it was the best restaurant meal he'd ever had. High praise indeed and well deserved!

Booked for our Wedding Anniversary, very busy due to Happy Hour (2 hours) just finishing, starters, spare ribs and Mozzarella Carozza deep fried triangles, main courses chicken and mushroom risotto, Aleessi's Ravioli, food was very good and came quickly, also no one came and asked if we wanted a dessert or a coffee, however after asking for the bill twice after 10 mins we went and paid ourselves. No tip left, which we normally do, but really serving staff should have communicated that you just go and pay, recommend booking between 5-7 , and also suggest more staff training
Me and my boyfriend went first time. I discovered this place after I won their vouchers. We both really enjoyed our meal.
The pizzas were delicious and home cooked. We had the Padrino pizza and the Firenze pizza.
The staff there are very lovely and friendly.

Saturday night dinner with friends. Everything was great from the moment we walked in. The lasagne was delicious, and I would highly recommend the tomato garlic bread. The staff and service were great. As we were with children it was a slightly early evening dinner at 17:00, and prices prior to 17:30 are slightly discounted on most meals.

Absolutely superb. Very accommodating. The best Italian we've ever eaten. Lobster Ravioli, Garlic bread & Pollo Crema was beautiful. House red was very nice too. From the staff to the food, it was exceptional. It was absolutely packed but the food came out really quickly ๐

Staying in Saltburn this weekend and was recommended to try this Italian place.
Was fully booked the night we wanted but booked for the next night. Went at 6pm and was already quite busy. Table set up wasn't too bad. Could easily move around.
Staff were busy and around often checking everything was OK. Quick to take orders, food came out quickly also.
The menu was exciting, with usual Italian dishes and some amazing speciality ones. Lobster ravioli and seafood pasta off the speciality bit were so nice. Starter food was really tasty too as was the desserts and other dishes we chose.
Catering for children here was nice to see. My 2 boys even recieved a halloween goody bag after the meal.
The staircase up to toilets and toilets themselves really could do with extra cleaning as not so clean as you would expect in a food place. Even walls in restaurant were splashed with wine and food too. Chairs weren't that comfy to sit on for an hour either sadly. But still gave 4 stars for service, menu and food taste.
Would recommend and go back again if we were staying here again.
Absolutely delicious food. Served hot and fast even when busy! Dishes and decor is very authentic. And staff are all lovely!!

Came to Alessis with my partner last night. He's a big fan of Italian food so I knew I had to take him here for his first visit to Saltburn. Had a really lovely experience. Staff were very attentive and brilliant. Food was also very tasty! We had lobster ravioli and a carbonara with garlic bread and we really enjoyed it! Lovely evening!

Great Gluten Free options as the owner himself is gluten free! I had the GF garlic ๐ง bread which is the best Iโve tasted, and then a GF pasta dish.
