Visited in June 2022 I came over from Canada to visit family in Saltash and had dinner one night from Codfathers. Ordered two Sausage and Chips and I will admit, it was very nice. Definitely will be back again.

The food especially the fish would have been delicious but it was so badly wrapped for takeaway, it was actually sandwiched in a pile of chips what would have been tasty crispy batter , was in fact a soggy mess. Shame cos it tasted very nice.

Really great chips. I'm not a massive fan of chip in general but the chips here are really good.
The fish was beautifully cooked and the chips were cooked for profession crispy aswell

Best chip shop in Saltash good value for money staff Very polite it’s better than Mr kens as the owner of the Chinese/fish and chip shop allowed the staff to con the locals for charging for large portion of chips for a small portion. It’s disgusting
