Wait staff were polite and friendly. I had the 2 course special deal and I chose mackerel paté to start and rib beef steak mith mushroom sauce. The paté was delicious - quite strong flavour with a cherry (I think!) sauce.

Absolutely lovely breakfast here and great service! We had a veggie and a vegan breakfast and they were both stunning, really nice when a place puts thought into their veggie options. Plus, they gave our dog a bowl of water! Will come back when next in Saltaire.

Great lunch at a reasonable price. The steak was perfectly cooked and the pepper sauce was one of the best I've had.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Ate here last night and the food was incredible. There was 6 of us and we went pure feral and ordered pretty much everything off the menu between us and we regret absolutely nothing. Every dish was packed full of flavour and beautifully presented. Solid cocktails... winner. The front of house team were confident knowledgable and very friendly. Solid team effort and they smashed it. Looking forward to trying out their brunch menu. I’m going to be a regular…take my money.

We had been wanting to try the new restaurant since it opened, we’d heard that it was the same team that used to do the evening service at the lounge in Bingley so we knew the food would be excellent and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The restaurant is small enough to have the personal touch but not cramped, we had a table by the door in the window and it was perfect, the room was cosy warm and nicely lit plus the atmosphere and music was loud enough that you could talk without shouting but not so quiet you felt you had to whisper. We had booked an early reservation and were pleasantly surprised to find out that the early bird menu was available on a Saturday, it is very good value and we chose the octopus, and the goats cheese for starters and both had the steak for main. As you can see from the photos the starters were beautifully presented and very tasty, the steaks were huge and perfectly cooked, the pepper corn sauce and dauphinoise potatoes complimented it perfectly, although we were greedy and ordered the rosemary fries as a side, all of which combined meant no room left for dessert but they did look tempting. The wine was superb too as was the service, and all in all the meal was good value and we’ll look forward to going back.

I visited The Pepper Mill last night for my boyfriends birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The food is expensive, however they offer an early bird menu between 5-6pm every day which makes it a lot more affordable. I had the fishcake to start and monkfish for main and both dishes were 10/10. My boyfriend had the steak, which was enormous and we shared a cheesecake between us. The wine was lovely and the service from the whole team was the best i've experienced in a long, long time. All in all I would say it is flawless and would absolutely recommend for a special occasion, can't wait to go back :)

Absolutely delicious food. Simple, but varied menu. High quality.... prices worth it! Staff and front of house owner were very friendly, accommodating and professional. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing little place! Having tried lots of restaurants in the area, this is by far one of the best! The food tastes wonderful, absolutely cooked to perfection and the service was excellent. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

Delicious lunch today. I had the Nduja spicy scrambled eggs with bacon on sourdough it was delicious. The place was busy and a lovely atmosphere.
