One of the better McDonald's I've been in. I haven't been in many though, there's a time and a place for a McDonald's eh.
The restaurant was not overly noisy, like some, not exactly quiet but you surely wouldn't expect that. Staff were more concerned with some meeting or training or group moan or something, than to serve us so we used the app, the touch pad machine wouldn't cope with something we required... 🙄
I enjoyed using the app because I got £3 off, and all the food served to my table almost like a "proper" restaurant hahaha. Kinda like Champagne on beer money!!! 🤣 But I had to ask for a fork for my salad, can't do McDonald's salad with your fingers. That and the Big Tasty for me was just what the doctor ordered.
Served food by a female quickly, but gave no napkins out. Food nice and hot. correct order given.
Clean toilets in ladies but dirty in men's. Lots of tables need cleaning outside and upstairs.
Went through the drive through and service was fantastic from the get-go, really happy with the positive and friendly attitude from all staff members I was greeted by, food was quick and tasty 😋 The staff member who initially served me was incredibly helpful with the McDonald’s monopoly prizes. Made my quick run for lunch super easy 👍🏻
When walking into this McDonald's, customers appeared to be unhappy, one was complaining how long their chicken nuggets were left on the side and another person was complaining to their friend about how long it was taking to get their food. We were anticipating a long wait due to this first impression however, our food came at a reasonable time. Some staff seemed stressed and rushed and didn't engage well with customers but there was one particular young lady who was really friendly and nice and she stood out :) The food was nice and hot, no complaints with the food at all. We struggled to find a clean table upstairs, but after finding one, I noticed a member of staff beginning to clean up. It didn't appear to be super busy and it looked like there was alot of staff, so I'm unclear of why the environment felt strained. Maybe the team wasn't being managed very well, no idea. I would still revisit this McDonald's :)
caught a number of blokes awaiting a battered sausage or two in the play area, the moment i sat down i whiffed the pungent aroma of chlamydia. bossman put crabs in my burger, least i found a pet rat. best shag there.
A modern McDonald's, split over two floors with a drive thru. Nothing to complain about. Your standard McDonald's food served as expected. Located on the edge of Salisbury it could be the ideal pit stop.
Clean and tidy place. There was an outside seating area which was nice as the weather was good. Food was received within 10 Mins of order and staff were lovely and helpful.
Dropped in here on our way home and orded dinner for the 6 of us. Took over 10 minutes to get our food and included in the meals we orded happy meals. With happy meals you get toys and we received 2xelf on a shelf soft toys, in the middle of the year (July)! I went to see if we could swap them over to something more appropriate but was told that's all they had. I think that's poor from a massive multi national company to be palming off old stock!!
Well organised and looks much cleaner inside than usual. However, the road/car park area outside was strewn with rubbish, so it would be good if someone from the staff could clear this up. Food was fresh and hot and the milkshakes were delicious, after months of not having any McDonald's!
This is newly built, so very spacious inside with plenty of seating inside and outside with umbrellas over the tables for shade on very sunny days. Upstairs (lift is avaiable) is a lazer projector onto a play table to keep children busy and entertained. Service can be slow at peak times which is expected but other than that is is fast. There is a table service option to save waiting. Staff are polite and helpful. If taking out maybe check order as on occasions items are missed off.
