I was here around 9am and the place being very spacious felt very cosy, homey and relaxing.

I went for the Veg options. The humus wrap is definitely one of my favourites. My daughter also enjoyed the croissant.
I believe that they are a bit over priced. However, I think they have the best croissants in the UK, not as good as the ones in France though. The staff are not always the smiliest but their service is quick.
I hate the coffee pick-up area, as its right next to a door so you're usually lost in a crowd of people but it works for the most part.
Found a branch of this in Salisbury. Good food and a decent cup of tea. However I found a sign about the counter misleading as it said to queue at a certain place if paying by cash and as I wasn't queued elsewhere but had to go back to where the sign was.
Staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful.

Downside, at the time, there was no-one to clean tables. They were very busy but it would have been nice to sit at a clean table.
Very pleasant environment, great selection of food and drinks on the menu. Reasonable prices and poilte staff. Parking is ample within the city centre. Also delivery option is available through 3rd party apps
Nice place for breakfast. Was a little slow at first with one serving while the other stocked the shelves. Meant that those of us rushing through on way to work would slightly delayed. But when both staff started serving service picked up nicely.
Pret annoy by stocking certain foods in one pret and not another or discontinuing like the omelettes and drinks made with soy and beef broth.
I like the coffee but why are you closing at 4:30pm every day when everything else is open get it together

Often stop here for a quick bite on my lunch break, they have a good selection of healthy lunches, the food is a bit pricey however the quality of the food is also high.

Consistently good service and food. I have soup everyday for lunch and it’s very tasty. One member of the team stands out as hard working, attentive and friendly. Slagjana has been working in Pret for a long time and she is a credit to the company.
Tea and cake with breastfeeding Mum's. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink was good. The cafe felt spacious with plenty of choice of where to sit. Definitely worth a return visit. :)
Excellent hot fresh coffee. Able to sit in and order at the till as normal. Hand sanitizer available. Toilets clean. Step free entrance. A good range of food on offer, but not everything yet.
