Excellent experience in this Costa coffee, very clean and correct PPE worn by staff. There's 1 staff member continously cleaning and helping customers, serving staff pleasant and friendly. Would recommend to anyone living in Salisbury who wants safe environment and nice coffee.
Place is okay - but it feels like they don’t care enough to give customers attention - they have a central location and people will always come here.

So glad we could sit inside. It was very busy but the staff were on top of cleaning and the que. Sanatising station on way in and you need to complete their track/trace. Highly recommend

Ordered a medium ruby hot chocolate and i wasnt disappointed. Exactly what i wanted on a gloomy morning. Staff were extremely helpful and made my day that bit better. My favourite place to go, I often meet up with friends for coffee and a chat, all the staff are really nice, I gave a lower score this time because they keep running out of things like bread, sugar/sweeteners, ice also they have no parasols to put up I think they need some decent ones that don't kee
