Best coffee in Salisbury. Convenient, in city centre, near bus stops. Very friendly staff and customers. Always clean. Plenty seating, whether on ground floor, where you can watch shoppers and traffic pass by, or upstairs with some alcoves if you want a private chat. Free WiFi. No one rushes

Visited during the week (afternoon) and it was almost empty, however, the service took a little bit long but this was not annoying as the kindness and the taste of my drink compensated me for the wait. Nice town centre location...unfortunately doesn’t have an outdoor seating area...but does benefit from comfortable seats in ‘ windows on the world’, so....great for people watching over the busy junction outside. Has a very large and relaxed upstairs seating area. Great coffee and snacks too.

My husband and I stopped for a sandwich and a piece of cheesecake which was delicious. The staff although busy worked as a team and were patient when my husbands ap wouldn't work. Over 2 floors so plenty of seating.

Firstly. The coffee - Americano - is much, much better than Starbucks ; stronger and with a rich flavour. Staff very pleasant. Seating good - with plenty more on the first floor. Dog friendly. Toilets not quite up to 5* standard - hence only 4* rating.
