The Ox Row Inn, Salisbury - Salisbury - Photo album

We stopped in while visiting the city from America. The inn has an old school traditional feel to it. It was a really nice day so we sat outside. You order at the bar and then they bring everything out to you. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. We ordered the board for two that came wi
We stopped here for lunch. It was pleasant place to sit for an hour or so the food was really nice. My chicken was amazing. Very very tasty. The reason I’m dropping a star is as a non-alcoholic drinker. I felt the beverages were a bit limited, and there was no Coke only Pepsi.
Great first expierence with Englisch Food. The brass QR codes on the table are not working, but you can order directly at the bar. I did not expected such a welcoming, polite and great service, but staff was great. Food too!!! Very delicious.
Beef and mushroom pie was very good. Curry was good and Vegan. Caesar salad with chicken schnitzel was good, but it was actually some breaded chicken and salad. It was a pretty good Chicken Caesar. Trout salad was excellent. Nice place, friendly staff. They raved about the Ox cheeks but then they we
We had an excellent lunch in upstairs dining room. Very pleasant pub, interesting drinks on tap.
Great Sunday lunch venue. Generous portions of well cooked traditional English food. Good atmosphere, plenty of room indoors. Good space outside situated in a market square away from traffic. It's what you're looking for in a traditional English pub. If you're seeking something classier than the ave
Had a lovely afternoon yesterday (23rd October) staff was friendly, one lady who was working spoke to my daughter after she was pretending to order a drink and she was kind enough to get her a j20 for free. It was really sweet of her. Also I asked if I could keep a pint glass as liked the design on
Absolutely amazing, me and my friend wandered round looking for a place to grab a bite. The prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. But the food was perfect!
The food and the service was amazing. The portions are good. We are not locals and wanted to find a space to eat with our little one after a heavy rain. Staff was very lovely. Our server Paris was very sweet. Thank you for a lovely night.
Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Amazing staff. Super friendly, very helpful, comfortable seating inside and outside. Next to a lot of stores, you can do some great shopping in this area. One difficult thing is finding parking.
Had a lovely lunch at Ox Row Inn. Food and service was lovely. Their smoked mushrooms are to die for. I would gladly travel to Salisbury just to eat their smoked mushrooms again. Pork chop was tender and so juicy. Xx
Pub is lovely very dog friendly. The food was amazing and the staff are nice. Highly recommend the sunday roast with all the trimmings. We were lucky to get a seat so maybe book to avoid disappointment
My favourite thing about this old English pub is how great the service is, as all of the Front of House staff (waitstaff, servers and bar staff) are very friendly and very kind, they create a brilliant atmosphere. The food here is absolutely delicious. My mother is a very fussy eater when eating out
Best roast meal I have had in a long time. Only sad part was no room for pudding such generous serves
Good pub! My friend nearly had a heart attack earlier today but enjoyed this pub in spite of it! A stimulating environment...but not enough to end him The staff were friendly and joined in with our jokes which was very welcomed by all parties! The other clientele were friendly and had a great deba
We stopped here for Sunday lunch. We didn't have time to book, but they managed to find us a table. The staff we welcoming & helpful. The decor was great, with Fairy lights across the ceiling. The pork Sunday roast came with a huge bit of crackling & a Yorkshire pudding as big as my head. :D Ver
Lovely Doggo 🐶 friendly pub in the centre of Salisbury with outdoor seating on the market Square. Didn't have food on our visit, but did look & smell great, a definite try on our next visit. Advertised local quiz nights. Staff were friendly, approachable and tentative to everyone, even when the bar
Had Sunday roast which was delicious. Unfortunately, the pub ran out of the vegan option which meant that the vegan member of our group had to look for food elsewhere - not great. Otherwise, all great. There was even a band entertaining the guests. I'd definitely visit again.
