These are the best gourmet burgers around. We had a most excellent meal in great surroundings.

We ate at Byron's on Friday 14th April. We had wings & chicken nuggets for starters and for mains my wife and I had cheeseburger, our daughter had the chicken burger. We had sides of sweet potato fries, regular fries and onion rings. All of the food was excellent and despite it being busy arrived really quickly. The staff were all friendly and polite which helped to make the whole experience of visiting Byron's a very enjoyable one. If you're ever in Salisbury and fancy a top notch dining experience we would highly recommend having a meal here.

Excellent lunch with my daughter, our burgers were very good and we loved the salad alternative to the bun but our waiter turned the lunch from very good to excellent. The service was outstanding and I especially enjoyed his suggestion of courgette fries.
Mike and I went there today first time and loved it..very friendly staff attentive but not intrusive.
Food was delicious and cooked to how we both wanted it.. we had 2 side orders chips & coleslaw but probably only needed one...Definitely go back when next in Salisbury
We took our son here today for his 6th birthday. (His name is Byron )
When we arrived there was a birthday card waiting on our table for him . Such a lovely thought. All the staff were absolutely fantastic. The food was gorgeous and they did a lovely surprise dessert for my son and his friend.
We all had such a lovely time.
Can't wait to come back.

Omg these burgers are amazing, be it meat or vegan so juicy and tasty.
The have their own larger and it's not bad, tastes light.
Big plus they have our beloved root beer on the menu and it tastes as good as the American one.

Absolutely fantastic place. Having eaten in many Byrons before in London (just moved up from London) this place tops the list. It is so calm and friendly. You are not rushed, the staff take their time to get to know you. They sat down and spoke with my baby daughter and we're very helpful. It's located in a great area and the decor is the icing on the cake.
Food portions are excellent for the price you pay, and food is delicious.
Byron in Salisbury now has a side to go with a burger (more expensive of course and the bun is smaller), but I won't choose house salad ever again! Tried the holy cheesemas and it's not bad. Reuben is still my most favourite here. 🍔 The sweet potato fries are good.
Previously, I wasnt a massive fan of Byron burger, however the food now has improved MASSIVELY in the last year. I recommend The Big Smoke burger, and the B-Rex onion rings. The meal portions are big, and I always leave a bit too full. The service is good, with really prompt and courteous waiting staff.
We used to drive to 7Bone in Southampton for a decent burger, but Byron Burger is a different level entirely to them now. They also give discounts for emergency services, armed forces and NHS workers - look online for details on this. Delicious.
Will be going back again, and have made Byron Burger one of our go-to places now in Salisbury.

I would give my experience 10/10 but I can’t. The food was that good! The only downside, the onion rings were bland.
Ordered in house with no issues. Good choice of food and drinks. Burgers cooked exactly how we asked. Fries decent. Milkshakes v good. We shall return.

Stopped in for a drink whilst waiting for the bus. Very cool with a American pop culture atmosphere, which I'm confident in my estimation being that I am in fact American. I recommend trying their house brew.
Great place to get a burger. Comfortable size for smaller portion eaters. I like eating the specialty ones. Chips come crispy with ketchup and Mayo.
Pros: generally yummy food, friendly and fairly quick service, was able to get a loyalty card for Deliveroo riders (an appreciated goodwill gesture for those that deliver your product to the end customer)
Cons: expensive (7 of us split the bill and it was £32.50, which seems a tad steep for a burger, fries, some sides and a couple of beers), onion rings and burgers fairly greasy
Still an improvement on my last visit, would give it 4 stars and will visit again sometime 👍
Great food and friendly staff. The building let the business down, though, exposed utilities on the ceiling and quite cold. The food was perfect, and the staff were friendly during the order process, weren't too pushy while eating, came to us once to ask if everything was OK, some places hover over you! Finally, while paying the bill, the server was chatty and friendly.
Fantastic restaurant! Stumbled across this gem in the high street! Lovely food and the staff where amazing! I love staff that have banter! Nothing was too much for them and had quick service.

Nice range of burgers, beef and chicken. I ate the classic chicken- which was chicken breast cooked without breadcrumbs etc. Burgers came with either chips or salad. Burger was nice and simple but nothing special. Chips were nice and fresh. Would recommend. Nice staff and nice atmosphere
Great service and food was excellent. Burgers we're cooked fresh and cooked medium. Sweet potato fries were also very good. Waiter was brilliant with my two year old daughter and the children's menu was well catered. Will visit again.
Popped in for a bit of lunch, service was quick and efficient. Loved the iced glasses for the soft drinks. The food was delicious, himself had the Cheese burger with Chips, I had the Chicken Burger with Chips. Sorry no pictures, but we will be going back so maybe next time!
As a vegetarian, my son and I loved this place so much that we came back for more ! All the way from australia visiting my sons. This place was inviting, friendly and the waitress who served our table was fab!! Food clean, tasty.. def recommend this place for meat lovers and veggies alike! Top star ratings!!!
