As a resident of Salisbury on and off for the past 13 years, we are always looking for nice places to visit for meals with the husband and two young children as Salisbury is full of fast food restaurants, Many times we have walked past Wagamama and never took the plunge to pop in and eat just walked by having a mooch at the menu and off we continue to the nearest fast food restaurant choice of the children... until today! We finally popped our Wagamama’s cherry and wow! what a fantastic place, lovely atmosphere and the service was top notch. Chris our waiter was very friendly, chatty and gave us the ins and outs of certain noodle options due to the foods consistency ie ramen to the soba noodles etc, he also gave us his favourites and recommendations from the menu. He was very informative and helped us with ease to choose our food. He also made us aware that sometimes the service of food will come out at different times due to how quickly meals are cooked, this wasn’t the case for us we were able to eat together with a slight service time gap of a couple of minutes. And then there was the food! Absolutely delicious and full of flavour, very tasty and for my 6 year old daughter to request we come and eat there every day is a winner. Desserts, well they were just as delicious as the mains! The staff members who cleared our table were just as friendly and very chatty as Chris was, which was a pleasure, and also to see people working in a restaurant that you can truly see they enjoy not just because they need the next pay check. Absolutely fantastic first experience and we won’t be leaving our next visit as long as it took for us to pop in and sample the amazing food and service we were delighted with today. Thumbs up all round especially Sofia who still a few hours later is still harping on about the delicious food �
Nom, nom, nom... Every dish perfect, delivered super fast, restaurant ambience absolutely buzzing and staff lovely... In particular our wonderful and welcoming Italian server who is consistently excellent... I couldn't decide what I wanted, she helped me tailor my the requirements of my tastebuds to a dish on the menu - it was exactly right! Four happy diners, thank you ☺

A lovely birthday lunch. Food served quickly and by a waitress with oodles of personality and enthusiasm. Great food, tasty, and a recommended 'to die for' white chocolate cheesecake to celebrate........
We were there on my daughter’s 4th birthday after a day at Paultons Park so sunburned and very tired and needing to takeaway some of the dishes. The staff were excellent as always, from advice with drinks to doing my daughter’s birthday cake and singing far better than I can, it was the perfect end to the evening! Thank you so very much for finishing her evening so well!
We always have a wonderful time in Salisbury's Wagas. Excellent and clued up on allergies and vegan options. The staff are legends and remember us every time we come in 😊 Probs why we go so often 😳 Good food, good staff and a friendly atmosphere... What more do you need?

My first time here, my host was amazing, she gave me some suggestions and each I enjoyed. Great customer service, great food!!! She kept on coming to me to see if I needed anything. Really happy with wagamama!!!
Extremely friendly staff and delicious food
My only slight gripe was there was a regular high pitched noise. I think linked to the audio system. A bit like low pitched tinnitus.
Some new items on the menu which were good.
Made use of the good and free green tea.

The McDonald's of Asian food if they have an addiction to lime juice. Great staff who give good advice and aren't offended when you send food back for adjustment. But at the end of the day this is a chain restaurant, at least it has good vegan options.
Went here for birthday meal in june this year first time back in ages but as normal great service and great staff and food. Never disappointed with dining experience would recommend to anyone looking for great dining experience and great food.
We were served very quickly by lovely staff who were very helpful with our allergies. The food was delicious. It's accessible and there's parking nearby

I ordered tantan beef ramen, chicken yakitori, miso corn, and green curry with chicken along with vegan chicken bun.
I like the ramen very much. It was not spicy for my taste but still good. Chicken yakitori was also good. Miso corn was very good. I did not like the vegan chicken bun.

Very delicious japanese food. We (4 adults and three children) liked it very much. I had the cod mokutan soba (teppanyaki with black noodles) and asked for some chillis to be added. I really can recommend this dish! It tastes fresh and with the chilli its spicy too.

Fantastic food and service, but it was freezing cold inside from the air conditioning which was blowing very hard from the ceiling vents. Very busy store lots of chatter between people, very loudly as the interior Muzak was extremely loud. Not really sure why you would need loud music in a food establishment like this. Awesome food mind you.
Food was really tasty, and was so lovely sat outside in the sun recently. I attended for a works meeting, and stayed all afternoon. We weren't rushed at all, the staff would come and check in on us to see if we needed it.

I really love wagamama, the food is as authentic as it gets in the UK. I love the ramen, and my family really enjoy eating there. The only thing I would change are the relatively high prices, but on the whole, I really enjoy eating here.
If you like ramen and Asian food from effectively a fast food chain, then you can’t go wrong with Wagamama. This outlet was Centrally located in Salisbury town centre. I particularly liked the QR code checkout system, just in case your server is taking a bit long in bringing the bill.
Amazing! We went today on a school trip and it was fantastic the kids got to make katsu chicken and a fruit juice from scratch all the staff where amazing with the children they all really enjoyed it as did the adults!
Sebastian took care of us very well. he was very patient and attentive not to mention professional. He’s amazing , so pleased with his service ☺️
