Thai Orchid - Salisbury - Photo album

A quiet restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. All the decorations were beautiful and the food was excellent. Service was very friendly even when my friend was late and I was holding the table longer than intended. Food very affordable and delicious. I would definitely visit again.
Popped in for the lunch time two course special. Friendly staff, excellent food. I have eaten here before on an evening a few years ago and I would say the banquet was excellent value with so many different courses and flavours, but obviously the lunch was just a starter and a main. Even so, the foo
We are lucky in Salisbury that we have several very good Thai restaurants. So far this is the best of a very good bunch. Thought the food quality and the value for money were extremely good. Crispy Duck in honey starter was the standout - its not like Chinese crispy duck (pancakes etc) but comes in
I was very happy with the food at Thai Orchid. Went right when it opened and I could hear them making my food in the back. Everything I had tasted fresh. I ordered, the Thai green curry, coconut rice and the pad thai with prawns. All tasted great. Slight wait but not too long. Was a little worried t
Excellent Thai eastern food. Good friendly staff with lovely atmosphere. Would go again. Centrally located. Does not have it's own parking lot so use pay and display car park.choices for vegan are limited but the management were very good in scrambling alternatives.
Delicious lunch from the set menu. Staff very friendly and welcoming. All food fresh and very tasty. Pad Thai with prawns pictured. Would definitely return!
March 2019: tried grilled whole sea bass! Nice for a lower calories option as I like deep fried one I had last time a bit more. Hehee.. like both though. 😊 They now have pork& shrimp dumplings. Will have to try next time. 2018: Back to try lamb massaman and fish! Had mixed veg and basil beef too. A
Beautiful authentic food with very subtle yet amazing flavour.
We’ve ordered Jungle Curry and Pad Thai. They were both AMAZING!!! They both had 🌶 signs on the menu, but the Pad Thai was not spicy at all but the Jungle Curry had a pretty good spicy kick! The Pad Thai tasted exactly like what our mom who’s from Thailand made. The Jungle Thai was more like a soup
We have visited the restaurant a couple of times and the food and service has always been top notch.
Great food at reasonable prices! The atmosphere was nice and the staff were pleasant. Would go back.
This place serves excellent authentic Thai place. Coming from a south East Asian well versed in Thai food, this says a lot. Also super friendly servers.
In my personal experience (I have been to Thailand, North and South) with the Thai restaurants in the UK, this little place is up at the top. The mixed starters were the best I've experienced in the UK. Papaya salad was good, it could've been hotter. Other than that it was excellent in what is a hum
Visited with another couple. The food was excellent and the service staff very attentive.
Had a lovely lunch with my friend today here will be back soon
One of the best Thai places I have ever been too. The food is just so tasty and really good. The staff are really nice, there can be no complaints at all! The door might be a bit small for a wheelchair - although I did see someone inside with one.
Wonderful restaurant, great Thai food.
Very tasty meal.
