Salhouse Bell - Salhouse - Photo album

Recently reopened as The Stag. Looks much the same outside but big changes inside. Very modern and contemporary feel. Unusual decor. Lovely beer garden. Quite pricey though.
Having booked 6 people in for a meal four days after their opening, we were all really impressed. We all had the Sunday roast (one vegetarian) and everyone agreed how delicious it was. Good sized portions and the cauli cheese was amazing! My husband thought that 2 slices of pork loin was not quite e
This establishment has been renamed 'The Stag' hence some of the interior design features. Had lunch with a friend and was impressed with the food quality and the surroundings. The staff were superb.
This is now The Stag. Food took a long time to arrive, but they discounted the bill to compensate. Limited menu but enjoyable. Only been open a couple of weeks so hopefully next time will be even better.
Now trading as the Stag, this place is absolutely fantastic. Food, service, atmosphere perfect and realistic prices too. What's not to like.
Great atmosphere. Nice to see Blue Moon on tap, nice and crisp. Will be back for food next time as the menu looks great
Great pub, newly refurbished. Lovely food and efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Only popped in for a drink but the decor and menu look great. Definitely planning a visit for dinner soon
Now called the Stag after an extensive refurbishment. The new owners have done an amazing job. Highly recommend the food!
Nice little pub, only serve food on certain days but that's all detailed outside. They don't let dogs in which is a little unusual but ultimately wasn't an issue on my visit as they have a large beer garden at the rear. It's clearly a local pub and not simply to cater for the tourists walking up fro
Lovely old traditional pub, plenty on the menu and the food was delicious and plenty full. Cooked by the chef who actually cares and has pride in the dishes he prepares, great value too. Yes the pub could do with a paint brush and new carpet in the restaurant and I hope this could be done in the f
Superb pub and friendly staff. This pub has to have the best beer garden in Norfolk and they always have good beers on tap. The food is good quality and reasonably priced and it's a nice crowd in there. It's definitely one of the best pubs in Norfolk.
We called in on a very hot Saturday afternoon. Had a lovely drink in a well cared for garden. Landlord was very nice and the areas were spotless. Nice friendly place to visit. Unfortunately had already eaten so did not try any food.
Good pub: friendly people behind the bar. Good range of beers and quiet garden at the back. Unfortunately my party arrived too late to taste the food that they had to offer, but we were able to order a takeaway, and had it in the pub with plates and cutlery suppled by the pub at no extra cost. For
Very good food well served, at sensible prices. Friendly attentive staff. Good beers well kept also at sensible prices, highly recommended.
Lovely pub grub, good sized portions and a considered specials menu. Lovely traditional country pub atmosphere. Dogs welcome. Great service.
