On the odd occasion via drive through, we have had missing items once we have driven around and come in to the store to inform them, they have replaced with no problems. The queue for drive through is normally quite long but I know they do work as fast as they can and

Despite the fact that the restaurant was packed when I walked in about 30 minutes ago, about 1 minute later the lady behind the counter was already taking my order and about 3 minutes after that I was already eating my food, bear in mind it was one big bucket.
My food was delicious, crispy and hot.
