I only popped in for a short while, so obviously I can't judge too hard. I got a cinnamon Danish which was pretty nice, I'm a little cheap and wasn't expecting the prices, but that wasn't a huge issue
The man serving me was very lovely. He was polite and very lovely throughout the payment process, he had on a nice colourful lanyard and was overall very kind
If I had to rate it fully, I'd have to get an actual meal. But for now I give the place a 4/5 :)
spacious and not cramped - very few tables and chairs so you have lots of private space, fast service. expensive (£7 for sandwich or salad) nice views and ambience. regularly cleaned too
Excellent healthy food options, the salads are fresh and invigorating. Coffee and all other drinks I’ve tried have been crafted with quality ingredients and care.
The customer service is rather abrupt and impersonal. I think this is down to how busy they are and want to get customers in and out, which is a bit of a shame.

At a certain age when toilets are important called in asked about toilets was welcomed by George who gave me directions to them i then ordered my drink which was ready for me . I noticed that the staff was tidying up all the time whilst two people serving all the time. Cannot fault the place for being clean and tidy . I asked George for his name .
Wonderful gluten free options, with allergens clearly labeled. The almond butter & jam brownie is excellent, and the chocolate moose (yes spelled that way) is to die for. Great service and all pretty cheap for quality food
This is the best Pret shop around. I go to others in Manchester but this one has the best buzz and coffee. The staff are great, they engage with you while serving, so it is also fun on the social level.

I love this store. The staff are very helpful and always smiling. I don't know who the new barista is but the girl with long black hair is the best.❤❤
Great experience, makes a difference while braving the rain! Huge variety of sandwiches,flatbread, panini, baguette and salads to choose from. Plus extra sides such as yogurts available too.
Place is clean from inside, cosy decor and plenty of seats to eat in. Tuna flatbread was fresh, very filling and set at the right price. Friendly staff provided a fast service, the store was empty so the hot drink was whipped up in seconds. Great coffee, I got a cappuccino and the coffee to milk ratio was perfect. I'm impressed!
Wish they had stores in smaller towns too I would always go for lunch.
Its a lovely place with good ambience, I always visit Pret during my class days. My all time favourite is their Mocha. Its a must visit spot in Media City UK.
Excellent place with organic foods with plenty of space with very nice view. Excellent aroma of coffee is very refreshing and very freindly staffs as well.
Great location. Coffee and cake up to the good standard of the chain. Tasty wrap.
