Went on a weekday after 3pm. It was Quiet. Great service. Fast seating. No long wait for the food and it tasted great!
Came here for breakfast. Carpark charges only 10p for 2 hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food came out of the kitchen luke warm so had to be sent back. Overall a good place to go for breakfast.
Had a fabulous burger here tonight, was huge! Really friendly waitress named Maria served us, she was so helpful. Would highly recommend and will return ourselves
My family and I were there on last Saturday and we really enjoyed it.
Very nice place, great food and the service provided by the waitress called Sandra was amazing! She is very polite, quick and proactive. She is such a fantastic professional with really good manners.

Very quiet when we went. One rainy Thursday afternoon.
The place is the usual Frankie and Benny's. Menu is slightly changed since last time I went in one. The lunchtime deal isn't too bad. Service was good and the food was quick to come.
One thing to note is that this Frankie and Benny's doesn't own the car park so if you drive the you'll have to pay for parking. There is a tram stop right outside though if you don't want to pay.
Overall not a bad place and more pleasant than some of them I've visited in the past...
Had a nice meal with 3 other adults. The service was very good, even better considering it looked like there was only 2 people on the floor. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the cost was reasonable .
Only downside was car parking. While it is only 10p for 2 hours, we felt rushed having a 3 course meal.
I liked fish and chips. We went there at 5pm, was silent but maybe crowded in late hours.
Our favourite local restaurant, we visit at least once a week. Never had any issues, staff are always so welcoming. The lastest menu is really good and the new low calorie pizzas are great. My kids love the kids menu with plenty of choice and free refills on their drinks. Thanks to Jordan and the team!
Great food as usual, with the addition of some new items such as a selection of Hot Dogs worth investigating. Recently refurbished but access to the toilet is a bit awkward for anyone with limited mobility, as they will have to squeeze between two tables. Also be aware of Pay and Display parking which is not very well signposted.
Went with the children on news years day.was understaffed and had to wait but they were very considerate and helpful. When we were eventually given our table we were served quickly and ordered a famliy deal which was larger than we expected. A huge dish of pasta,a pizza and unlimited fries..all arrived quickly and was served hot.was very happy with the portions as we are big eaters amd the staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Had a great meal on Monday night when we were staying nearby; had breakfast here too the next day. Lovely service, great food. Parking is a bit of a hassle though! Not controlled by the restaurant, but they very helpfully showed us how to get it sorted.
Had breakfast from here a few times lately, as I work close by.
On the app, the Click and Collect service doesn't offer the breakfast menu.
A quick call to the restaurant, and my breakfast was waiting for me to collect in less than 10mins.
Wonderful staff who are happy to help. Good, quality food.
