Had a lovely meal here after coming out of the pictures with my wife and kids food was bang on only thing that let me down was I had to ask for the waitress to come over for us to order our food apart from that it was all good 👌
Had a lovely experience at Pizza Express with my wife today. I have a milk allergy so naturally this is the last place I expected to be able to enjoy a meal at but I was pleasantly surprised as the waiter was very helpful and accommodating and made sure everything was suitable for my allergy n sorted alternatives for me. Whilst this may seem a basic thing to some I can assure you it's rare to get this kind of service so thank you waiter with the glasses (sorry I didn't get his name).
My husband and I took our Grandaughters for lunch. The food was very nice and we didn't wait too long even though it got quite busy...nice service by our waiter too...
This was a pre theatre meal and we hadn't booked. The restaurant was packed but we were given a table straight away. Service was prompt and food was as good as always.
We went before seeing Billy Joel at Old Trafford it was rammed full. Service and food was still great despite the high volume of people in there.
Great pizza as always.. was lovely to be able sit outside and enjoy the sunshine too 🌞

Had dinner here with my daughter and was not disappointed my Grand Chicken Caesar was superb as was my daughters American Pizza - service was great - we will be back

Calabrese & a spicy beef pizza, excellent. Followed by the mini dessert & coffee ( one cheesecake & one profiteroles) All delicious & the service by Josh was also really good When visiting The Lowry you can’t go wrong going to Pizza Express
Visiting with a fairly large group on Thursday evening. I wasn’t expecting the best but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the service here. All the staff were super friendly and accommodated some potentially annoying requests with ease, plus the service throughout our visit was both fast and truly attentive. The food was exactly as you’d expect from the chain but there was nothing to complain about in terms of presentation or portion sizes.
Toilets are upstairs which might not prove to be the most convenient for some people but at least they were clean and with the brilliant staff it ended up being a great evening. No complaints at all and would happily return for a casual evening meal.
After an excellent experience at Salford Quays with my family. I thought it was only right to emphasise how good it was. One word for our waiter, outstanding. Harry could not do enough for us. My two kids were besotted with him, he really engaged with them which my husband and I both appreciated. Even thought it was extremely busy, he was brilliant. Overall experience. 100000/10. I would definitely recommend. Thank you, Harry for making our once in a lifetime trip so memorable.
It was good, just a bit overpriced. The pizza was £15,95, it was big but really thin…thinner than a typical Italian pizza. Service and atmosphere were great.
The renovation looks fantastic, really nice atmosphere and music. Very quick service and lovely,friendly staff. New menu has loads of choice and everything was delicious... great pizza express on the quays!
God I love this place, the Americana pizza is unmatched as a classic. The place is so stunning. We were served by Ethan and Dan who were the loveliest servers ever. Such a great meal!
Me and my family went to pizza express yesterday evening before we went to see a show. We experienced outstanding service from the moment we walked into the door, we hadn’t booked and were in quite a rush and they were so accommodating. The food came really quickly and tasted delicious. I have quite specific dietary requirements but they accommodated so well. And special thanks to our wonderful waiter Ethan who was so kind and helpful for the duration of our evening. Thank you Ethan and to the rest of the staff at pizza express.
Located within walking distance of Old Trafford, so ideal for a pre match Pizza. We were asked if we had booked, but then offered us a seat with at least a 45 minute wait for food…in reality we had our drinks and dough balls, and pizzas in 20 minutes! Decent service too, so would recommend this outlet.
Came for a show at The Lowry, was quite stressed cause we were running late. Luckily the staff were super friendly and the food was rapid. Would highly recommend.
We'd booked a table for 4pm but after a 400 mile drive from Kent actually arrived at 3 and even though they were extremely busy they fitted us in early. Great service.
Visited last week during my stay in Manchester. Had a lovely meal, the facilities were clean and tidy. We were served by an amazing young man I believed called Ethan(?) apologies if I got his name wrong!! He was very welcoming and had very interesting chat, also very knowledgeable of the local area of which helped us later in the day.
Now then, firstly the location of the restaurant overlooking the Lowry, Salford Quays and the Irwell is top. Food was delicious and toppings on my vegan padana were plentiful also. Waitress was friendly and helpful; I swear down that this has been the only Pizza Express which has been consistently decent.
The food is great, the service is good and staff are friendly. It’s located in the heart of Media City, next to the cinema. There is parking available and it is easily accessed.
Nice, spacious, clean restaurant. I tried their vegan pizza and vegan sorbet and I was very impressed, they were both very very tasty, highly recommended! Also, the pizza was done in a few minutes, very quick. They have a separate vegan menu, if you vegan ask for it.
A waitress called Abigail was the perfect server, so polite and well mannered. One of the best pizza expresses I’ve been to.
Today me and my friends dined at pizza express and had the lovely Ethan serve us! He made us feel welcome, recommend dishes, and his chat was on top form - made our experience, definitely coming back soon x
