6 of us went on sat night food and service excellent. A hidden gem why are people walking 🚶 past. Quiet on a Saturday night,? Fantastic pasta dishes and garlic bread. Tasty yep garlic bread if you like pasta u need to visit this place. When you come out of the station turn left not right.
First time visiting. We came across the restaurant in passing whilst staying in an apartment closeby.
Excellent waitress and reasonable prices for the quality of food which was really delicious.
Chef came out to check everyone was happy with their meals (which of course we were.) Would love to go back, but we are not local otherwise it would be a regular treat.

Third time we have eaten at this trattoria (something between a cafe and a restaurant) and the food has been consistently excellent. It so perfectly located for public transport and puts Salford cuisine on the map, comparing favourably with the big names in Manchester Centre (which it is not far from). Lovely service and a hidden private garden at the rear. Deserves your visit.
Delicious food and great service! They even made me something that wasn't on the menu as I requested something vegan, they were so accommodating. I wasn't disappointed and great location too! Would recommend to anyone :)
The food was amazing. The best Italian food I have had in a long while. The mother and daughter were brilliant hosts. Even when there was a hiccup in the kitchen. Will definitely come back when I come back to Salford Manchester. Gold stars alround

Amazing food tried many pizzas and the lobster pasta which is fantastic! Lovely surroundings and waitress Alicia is very helpful and sweet. Couldn't recommend more to friends, we will be back very soon!

I've visited Trattoria Giardino a few times as it's very close to my work, but took my family for the first time last night for my sister's Birthday meal. Beautiful as always - food, service and very reasonably priced. I mentioned it was for my sister's birthday and they even made her a cake! Definitely worth a visit.
Small restaurant owned by a humble Italian family, good food and great service, the price is really accessible especially the wine!! Definetly coming back!
Today I had another excellent lunch at Trattoria Giardina. Superb food still at an excellent price. This little jem is definitely on my favourites list.

Very delicious food my wife had the pollo risotto and I had the Canellonis both were amazing. They even made a special pasta for our son. Definitely will come back.

Value for money little Italian restaurant with tasty food. Genuine Italian dishes for good prices. Service is friendly and efficient and you can get food to go.
Freshly made Italian food at a very reasonable price. The wine list is small but perfect for the price point and menu. Staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. There's a lovely little garden at the back where on a warm day you can eat or enjoy a coffee afterwards. This place never seems to advertise, I imagine it relies on word of mouth. Try it, and you'll find yourself recommending it too.
In a city overrun with chain restaurants, this little independent Italian restaurant is something of an oasis.
It doesn't have a celebrity chef's name over the door, but don't let that put you off.
The menu features all the classic pasta dishes, plus pizzas and meat dishes.
The food is fantastic and well priced, the staff are friendly and attentive and the place has a very welcoming atmosphere.
Highly recommended, give Zizi and Jamie a miss and seek out this place instead. You won't be disappointed.
Foodies beware!! It's only a matter of time before someone in the "know" reviews this restaurant and causes the prices to go up and the portions to go down.
If you want authentic Italian, home cooked food and great wine then this is your place.
If you want to impress a girl on your first date or you're the shallow type, then there's plenty of other Italian restaurants in Manchester catering for your need.
