Really good food. Had the burger and fries -- both were excellent. Staff was attentive, and the whole place has a cool, chill vibe. Definitely recommend the burger, and an hour to sit and enjoy the place.
A must when you are in Media City. The chicken chorizo pie was just delicious. Perfect comfortfood on a cold day. The chicken kebabs were on point. Juicy, tender and crispy on the outside. Can't do it any better than that.
Very nice lunch after a morning show at the Lowry. Friendly and helpful staff. Extensive food and drinks menu. A little disappointed by the portion size of the Caesar salad, but overall a pleasant experience.
I organised a meal for 16 people and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The booking process was seamless, allowing every member of the party to pre-order individually. On the night we had a warm and friendly greeting, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the food was exceptional. The relaxed yet lively ambience was perfect for our group and the night was capped off by the live music, which was brilliant. Thank you for a memorable evening.
Absolutely outstanding food!
We had Calamari, roast dinners (lamb) with all the trimmings and then sticky toffee pudding. It was all absolutely delicious.
The service was fantastic. Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
The live music was an added bonus and created a great ambience.
We will definitely return.

The food looks decent , fab for IG but they weren't that nice in mouth. My Currys does not smelled spicy bit bunch of herbs. The chicken was a little bit dry. However. The onion petals was not too bad with the seasoning.
Beautiful dessert. The chocolate and peanut butter with biscuits looks and tastes fantastic.
Visited here with family for Sunday Lunch, for me a first time visit.
Table booked as it was also a birthday, shown to a table very quick.
Place was very busy, had live music playing.
Chicken skewers and chicken burgers was food of the day, all went down well.
The outdoor area was closed due to the rain,
Indoor is well presented, clean and the staff were very nice.

Delicious food and drinks, which are refreshingly non-ordinary but absolutely well composed! Also a nice interior design. The music is a bit loud for my personal taste but overall absolutely recommendable.
Love this place. Been twice recently once for breakfast and again for evening meal on Xmas Eve. They are dog friendly, as saw one post to say its only dog friendly on the balcony. That's not true at all. Can go inside no problem. Great menu and food
The food was amazing here! Husband and I were on a rare date night and both thoroughly enjoyed it at the Botanist. The wrong meal was brought out to me (a meat one when I had ordered veggie) but was dealt with swiftly and easily! The staff were very attentive and even discounted our bill due to their error. I will def go back!

Beautiful looking place. Food and drink are enjoyable. Pricing is reasonable and dependent on where you sit, the view can be lovely, especially at night. Botanist staff can't do enough for you, and I want to thank them for meeting my requests. Four stars are given just because dogs are allowed around eating areas, which I personally think is unhygienic. I think Botanist should provide a separate area for those who want to bring their dogs.
Amazing dinner experience!! The restaurant was able to accommodate our booking of 16 comfortably and everyone enjoyed their dishes!! We had a private dining area and a table on the heated terrace and the entire restaurant felt magical! The sharing kebab was a hit! Would definitely come back again or visit one local to my area!!
Food was exceptional however most items on the menu contained some kind of spice and although I have no allergies I'm not great with with spices and this kinda of spoiled my meal alittle. However I still enjoyed my food and a dessert. And the mountain blossom mocktail was really lovely too. I would return and recommend this restaurant.
Went for a Sunday lunch before a show and ordered the beef Sunday lunch with sides of cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets. It took a while for the food to arrive and they were not particularly busy. Some of the beers which they have on offer are in cans which the waiter informed us while ordering, the price seemed white steep for a 330ml can. The food was really good, the beef was tender and well cooked, everything looked fresh on the plate. Would go back again for a Sunday Lunch but probably wouldn't drink ale while there.
