Went here on Fri 3rd August. Was celebrating my son's last night as a single man . Great food and service was fab. Only downside was some idiot kicking off cos he couldn't pay It was very unpleasant. But I have to commend the manager and staff for their professional handling of the scene under very difficult circumstances. They made sure all customers were ok whilst dealing with an unpleasant person. Would definitely return and Recommend

Visiting from the south - I was in London Brick Lane only a month ago - you lot up North have got a real gem here - Prawn Puri and Lamb Bhuna - bloody fantastic - I've realised what shite I've been eating in the south - top marks - Home Delivery?

Nice good and good service. The prices are a little bit more expensive than curry mile but it's worth it. A good experience

First port of call while in Manchester. Couldn't recommend it enough. I'm fussy when it comes to Indian food, and Shahi ticks all the boxes

Absolutely everything was great about this place. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced, the staff were polite and professional. The only criticism I can make is the location, I just wished they were in North Wales where we live, other than that hugely enjoyable and we will be back :)

Authentic food and sincere service. No fuzzy decoration but lots of genuinely Indian vibes. Totally underrated. A strong recommendation for a true Indian culinary experience. The family sized naan completely blew our minds and the different curry dishes are great pairs. Lamb is a must try!

Little bit on the expensive side for a curry but it is on the Salford Quays! Enjoyable night, we ordered plenty for 4 people. I don’t think a portion of rice per person was needed so it was good that we only ordered 2 rice and a naan. The staff were attentive and quick, and everything came out in good time! Would probably return, if even just to try more of the massive menu! Side note: I wish that vegan options were labelled on the menu - vegetarian doesn’t always mean vegan! It would be much more helpful to me and many others.

We saw some missed reviews about this restaurant but decided to give it a try . For a Sunday evening, we were pleasantly surprised by how busy they were .The service was good. we were taken to our table and asked about drinks straight away and if we wanted popodoms. The drinks were served promptly and our main order was taken , when the food arrived it was nice and hot . The food was very tasty and was slightly hotter than I would normally expect a 1 🌶 meal to be but not too hot to enjoy it ..( If you like medium curry, I would look at 1 🌶 options)

Excellent service, excellent food. Lamb chops are the best I have ever had. I could just keep eating them all night. Our waiter was Maroof who was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Will keep coming back here for sure.

The food is halal! Which is hard to find in Salford Quays. However they do serve alcohol too. The indian restaurant offers a range of curries as well as starters. We got a combo platter for 2 which tasted good however I feel as though the portion size could have been bigger. We shared a keema and lamb curry which was delicious. Good service and will definitely be back again.

Came in for an early dinner twice with our young daughter. Very accommodating of her somewhat messy eating. Lamb buna, cheese garlic naan was so good we came back the next night for the same order. Can also recommend the papadum and dips. Wouldn't hesitate to go back next visit to Salford/Manchester.

Although it is quite basic in terms of decor, the food was really good. There were several of us, and we ordered a selection of dishes to share. The food was hot, portion sizes were adequate, and the value for money was at the right price point. I would recommend, for an early dinner where ambience isn't important.
