"I had the pleasure of dining at A little sweet in Sale, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. The dim sum was absolutely amazing, with delicate flavors and perfectly prepared ingredients. But what really stood out to me was the desserts, and the skill of the chef behind them. This chef is a world renowned cake maker. Each bite was a burst of flavor and the presentation was stunning. I highly recommend A little sweet to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience."
Got tea egg and pineapple bun after I got my hair done. Waiting time is short and the shop setting is very chill and calm, remind me of home. The price is decent, not overprice.
Absolutely FANTASTIC food! The food was extremely fresh. It was busy the day we went and the staff were very patient and polite explating the wait times and checking we were happy etc.
Will definitely go again to try more food here.
Super nice birthday cake for my mom and brother's birthday which is their favorite chestnut cake. It was very delicious with awesome richness of chestnut flavor which is just right for its sweetness.
I am gonna have the pineapple bun next time.
Crispy bun is fantastic! It’s the original signature “Pineapple Bun” from HONG KONG, the bun texture is so airy and the sweet crunch is just right on spot! We’ve tried their egg tarts, HK milk tea, lemon tea, lobster balls with delicious homemade curry sauce. We love their egg tarts too and brought 16 egg tarts, 16 buns and 6 cake cups back home to London. The owner and pastry chef Jeffery Koo is a celebrity chef in HONG KONG with his own dessert TV program for many years, I’m so glad to see he’s bringing all these delicious bakeries and cakes to UK. Lucky for those who lives in Sale/ Manchester! ☺️👍🏻
Purchased a Hong Kong bubble milk tea and it's pretty good.
Tapioca wasn't overcooked and it had a subtle sweetness, not too overpowering like some chain boba stores.
Very impressed by the pastries although I didn't purchase one they look delicious.
I would purchase the milk tea again.
Not awarding 5 stars purely for the fact that the cup, lid, straw, and straw wrapper were all plastic and I prefer stores with a more sustainable approach.
Thought they’re only provide dessert stuff, can’t believed I can also have oysters here. Fines de Claires, one of my favourite oyster, delicious!!!
Tried their palmier and Coconut bun was pretty nice- authentic Hong Kong style taste. This time tried their cakes and drinks, really out of my expectations: attractive outlook but not too sweet, their ying yang is what my taste I used to have in Hong Kong. Their bread are what I expected with healthier version roe. Together with friendly staff, Highly recommend
Absolutely delicious cakes! Definitely will go there again. Friendly staff and a wonderful small business. With a talented professional chef behind them no wonder I’m craving more 😂. Is a little pricey for my own pockets but worth it and good in todays society. I had the chocolate and cherry one and the rum and chestnut cake.
Very impressed with the pastries there. The taste of “old” Hong Kong, definitely my childhood memories. Not to mention that it’s not overly sweet and made without improvers.
When you need a delicate and beautiful birthday cake, don't you think of A little sweet? The cake is not overly sweet and has layers of flavor. I really recommend it👍🏻
Had a lovely cake from here, looked and tasted amazing! Would absolutely recommend !👍
香港人加油🌈
Chestnut Cake
Its a creamy cake with sweet chocolate tablets surrounding the bottom and lots of whole chestnut in the cake. I just love this cake as it is a perfect match of flavour and i would totally fall in love if the cake can be more sponge alike.
A small, tucked away Hong Kong style cafe that allow you to unwind and enjoy some dishes.
Their cheung fun and yeunyeung are nice, as well as the fishballs.
The Hong Kong bun's are delicious!! Especially with butter 😋 We didn't get a chance to try them on our trip to HK - Thanks! Great to have somewhere to remind us about our holiday. We can't wait to try bubble waffles and milk tea next time!! 😀😀😀✅🥤🍦
