Friendly and polite service. The flat white coffee is a small glass of coffee, just so you know, as I was expecting something bigger! I hadn't realised the place was going to be pet friendly or we would have brought our small pooch! We went on a Sunday morning and as well as a few people on their own, there were some families with young children. I was a bit worried that I would still be hungry but the Big Benedict on bagel filled me up nicely.

Great coffee and food. The place was recently rebranded/updated. The new décor looks fresh and welcoming. The menu has also been updated with excellent choices on breakfast, brunch and lunch. I have visited couple times this year and will be going back.

Best burger I’ve had in a long time - real meat, perfectly cooked. Small side of crispy fries.

Lunch today was really good. The catered to my awkward Gluten free need without any problems. Large portions, great price. Nice decor , music and lovely friendly staff. Fours stars rather than 5 because the “ hollandaise” was not the real thing - more like a thick prefab condiment. Tasted okay but I like fresh warn Hollandaise. And (personal preference) I’d like to see some art, mirrors or tapestry on the walls , I think that would make it even better. Thanks for a great lunch .

I first went to Fresh Filling a few years ago, quite soon after it had opened. At the time I found it ok but nothing special and other places in Sale stood out more. I recently revisited and found it to be much improved. Coffee was good and brownies were excellent. I've not tried any of the cooked food yet but the breakfast looks pretty decent. Nice to get quality food from an independent.

Such a lovely place - friendly staff, quick service, beautiful quality food and kid friendly too... Their menu is simple but a nice range of brunch and sandwich options. Their cooked breakfast is really nice and my wife swears by the vegetarian eggs Benedict with avacado!

The food is really great here every time and the staff are lovely! I just don't know why they don't sort out the condensation issue on the windows! Just needs some extraction! Plus I think they should display that fact that they let dogs in!

Good service. Allowed us to stay past closing to finish our drink. Has a step up into the premises so not ideal if you have mobility problems.

This place is great. - Service was excellent and just the right pace. - Food was fresh and tasty, great Panini and Egg on toast - And on my the milkshakes are sublime. Caramel, Strawberry great, oh but then the Aero Mint was amazing. But to finish things off Nutella, well not sure there are words to describe it. Every place has to have a USP and for this place fresh it certainly is and milkshakes, well keep up he good work. One minor thing the smell, get an extractor going more often or air con to freshen things up a bit. Look forward to going back.

Freshly prepared food. Nice atmosphere. Went for vegan brunch on Sunday, delicious - just managed to get a table,. Very busy. Probably need bigger premises.

Staff are friendly and the food is good value. Variety of drinks and nice coffee. I like the artwork from local artists and the background music is at a good volume for conversation. A nice alternative to the big brand coffee shops.

We entered and were warmly welcomed by staff. We ordered our hot chocolates (and malteaser brownie, but that is irrelevant). After waiting only around 2 mins we were served and started to judge... We sat on normal seats and seperating us, a table. It was not quite the seating we would have hoped for, but understandably the better seats were taken as it was cafe 'prime time'. When our drinks were placed in front of us, we stared at them almost stunned. The large coffee cup immediately told us we had found good value for money. Not only did it look of a good size, the cream, marshmallows and dash of chocolate powder was just the icing on the cake. But remember folks, you can't judge a book by its cover- time to taste. We started by slowly spooning the delicious cream and marshmallows into our mouths. Then we got to the chocolate, hot and steaming as you would expect. However, when we took our first sip we were pleasantly surprised. As unlike most hot chocolates, it was edging towards the dark chocolate end of the spectrum. Despite having a pleasant taste, it was rather liquidy and flowing, but that was no downside. We had a great time and would highly recommend their malteaser brownies. All of these factors (friendly staff, good service and fantastic toppings) make us think it deserves an overall 8/10 rating.
