Pretty standard vegetarian breakfast and latte. Tasty but nothing outstanding, very accomodating for us during covid and with walk in. Reasonable price for Devon with special boards for lunch menu and cakes.

Delicious food. Not bad value. The host that served us didn't have a particularly welcoming demeanor which is my only criticism. But in all a nice place to eat and I would definitely recommend.

Tasty crab sandwiches in pleasant settings. Pretty expensive but modern and clean with friendly staff. Good choice of food for a cafe.

We stopped in for Sunday lunch yesterday (6th Feb 22). It was relatively quiet which meant even with no reservation we were seated immediately. We were greeted with a smile and friendly staff. Everyone had the Sunday Roast which we all agreed was fantastic, even enjoying the brussels sprouts! Food was served by the chef, a nice touch. Service was great, accommodating any extra asks we had, every individual need was met. Recommend booking in peak times as I imagine it gets very busy!

First visit after taking the ferry over from East Portlemouth for a pre-beach breakfast. Thankfully we had booked ahead because they were short-staffed so had limited tables. Dog friendly and nicely laid out interior. Lovely service, very friendly especially from what I assume is the owner. Good quality home-cooked food and drinks from the combined breakfast and lunch menu ("brunch"). The menu was varied without being too adventurous. An ideal location in Salcombe just up the steps from the ferry jetty. We headed off to the beach with happy tums, all set up for the day ahead.

Lovely cafe in Salcombe. We had cream teas which were delicious and very reasonably priced. Prepare to be impressed by the quirky decor and what must be the best playlist in Devon.

This cafe is the best one in Salcombe. We came in for a coffee and cake. The service was fantastic, quick and friendly. We chose the gluten free brownie which was delicious and filling. Location is very central, before or after getting the ferry. We managed to forget our shopping and Jane went to the trouble of finding our booking to call us during a busy period. We were very grateful and will be back soon.

The vibe in here is great and the wooden floors, high ceilings and range of seating really makes you feel comfortable. The coffee and soft drinks are of high quality as were the full English breakfasts which we devoured. The place is very clean and all the staff were friendly and looked like they wanted to be there, unlike other establishments. The food wasn’t greasy either and was piping hot. You know a place is good when the people care, the food is good and you have to wait a little (this tells me they are preparing dishes to order rather than reheating).

Very friendly welcome, we were invited to sit anywhere with our dog. Cosy, comfy atmosphere with tasty and refreshing smoothies. We did think the salads & sandwiches were a bit overpriced though.

Delicious and fresh cream tea with a very warm ambience. Mickey and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The servings were also very generous. It was a great experience and we would come again.
