First class no fancy frills local pub, fine ales, great food with an excellent varied menu, with specials, a la carte, and tradition Cornish fare. Puddings and Sunday roasts to die for. A well attended pub with very excellent long standing ownership and staff. Bloody good place to frequent

My wife brought me here, when we were visiting St Teath, as she went to school there from 4 to 16. A lovely pub, and staff. Will be coming again one day. Wish it was nearer to us. It would be top of our list

We rang up for a late booking and they were more than accommodating of a group of 8 adults, 3 children. Very family friendly atmosphere. Great service. Waitresses and staff in general very attentive. Food was absolutely fantastic! Proper home cooked food. Highly recommend the Steak and ale pie. It was a friends birthday and they supplied a cake and sparkler for a last minute ask. Overall really positive experience. Staff fabulous attentive and helpful. Food and portion size fantastic!! A massive thank you from us all 😊 Xx

Nice little local, not far from our holiday cottage, friendly staff. Really good size portions, whitebait were the biggest little fish I've ever seen. Partner had the Fish and chips and very much enjoyed it, very well cooked piece of fish

Lovely place, service was good. Food was nice they served double cooked chips. Tables were a bit on the sticky side but ither then that all was good. Has parking at the rear which could get full if busy.

Found on Google Maps search as being local to where we are staying. Very traditional pub where the locals are happy to chat to you. Really lovely food, ample size portions and served quickly. Have already rebooked for a Sunday lunch!

As previous reviews, nice food, good portions, fairly priced, shame about the sticky tables. When mentioning the sticky table top was told "yes they are". Not the answer I hoped for. Worth a visit just bring your own wet wipes.

Yeah the food was good. Curry was lovely. Not sure what else to say really. St. Teath is a tiny little village with not much around so this is the only place to eat. Good menu although it does annoy me (anywhere) when they don't tell you what's not available until they come to take your order 😡

Found this place on Google while looking for somewhere to eat. Really good, traditional pub grub in a good traditional pub. Really friendly service, and the portion sizes were huge (‘Proper Cornish portions’ as the waitress called them)
