Lovely clean friendly shop. Coffee and teacake went down a treat. Staff lovely and friendly and polite. Special mention to Maddie who always has a smile and time for a quick chat.
Had a good drink here but unfortunately my husband left his man bag behind! But due to the honesty of two young ladies it was there when we went back.
I usually visit Costa when I am in Saffron Walden. The last time I visited it was located in a relatively small building but it has now moved to a much bigger building in a very central location. I am looking forward to visiting the new Costa very soon.
Pretty decent mocha. A bit low on seating. Staff were friendly and helpful though.
It's a regular Costas, nothing fancy, but a nice place to enjoy a latte.
