Atmosphere was great and was no different to what you would expect from a Prezzo Restaurant. The pizza I had was filling and had plenty of garlic butter making it extra delicious. Great presentation of dishes with a lot having their special marinara sauce. However prices are bit higher but you pay
Excellent food, charming server, an excellent leisurely late lunch on Market Day. They were crowded when we arrived, but they quickly cleared the only available table for us. We started with shareable antipasti platter and had different entrees (salad, pasta, pizza). Everything was excellent and
The food is OK The price is high Is a nice place
Service was good friendly staff. Food arrived hot. Only drawback was stairs quite narrow and slippery. Hand rail only on one side on stairs. I had difficulty managing as just had knee replacement. There is seating downstairs but we were a large party and was better upstairs. Would go again
This was the first meal out since our son had been in and out of hospital during the last 1 month with appendicitis... This came up in conversation with the staff when we were being seated and we asked if he could have a hot chocolate with Marsh mallows (something he had been asking us for). This w
Food generally OK but the gluten free pasta hadn't been cooked long enough and was hard. The lattes were cold. Just as well we had a taste card
Nice food and good service but the place really needs a good clean! We sat upstairs and the walls and windows/windowsills were pretty grubby. Not that pleasant to sit next to.
Great restaurant. The service was brilliant. Polite and friendly. Good menu. Delicious spaghetti and meatballs. The pink gin spritzer was perfect. I'd go here again
Service was a little awkward to start with, but warmed up after we ordered. Food was good as always, wasn't waiting long. Highly recommend the calzones and the treacle sponge!
My wife and I had a very good meal there last Saturday evening. They are currently offering a 2 course or 3 course set menu, based on dishes from their main menu. At £14 the 3 course menu is really good value. My wife chose calamari followed by chicken breast in a mushroom sauce. I had hummus with a
What a wonderful evening, my kids took me out for a birthday treat, what an evening, amazing, first time I'd been here and I'd recommend this to anyone, there were 5 in our party, and the food was first class, and portions rather large, and we can eat a lot, the service was just wonderful, very poli
Good food and attentive staff, however really long wait times for service and food. If this restaurant wasn't understaffed it would get 5 stars
From my experience these chains are hit and miss and quality of the cooking depends on who’s doing their shift. I’ve tried not been here once and the food and service was good for the money. I’d eat here again.
Been a couple of times in the last year. Excellent pizzas and faultless service; friendly but not too fussy just right. Will be going again.
Me and my other half went in for a date night, and we’re served by Lucy. Had a wonderful time and the food and service definitely made us wanna go again, we’ll certainly be coming back!
