We went for an anniversary break and were not disappointed! we stayed in the Indigo Room and it was tastefully decorated with a lovely ensuite which housed a really nice sized bath. The little touches in the room made all the difference milk and bottled water in the fridge, fresh coffee, wine glasses, even a cork screw ! The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast top notch. Rye is lovely and we had a really good meal at the Tuscan Kitchen. We will definitely visit again.

We were booked to stay the night but called in for a late lunch which was great , highly recommend the Cheddar Eggs. Very friendly staff who allowed us to book in early. We were in Indigo room at the top of the building which had amazing views of Romney Marsh. Beautiful room with everything you could possibly want.

What a gem! Although we visit Rye a lot we have never frequented Hayden’s before. What a delight ! Very welcoming and friendly. Excellent food we chose homemade tomato and basil soup and delicious beans on toast. Lovely surroundings, tastefully decorated and a fabulous garden room/conservatory at the rear. On top of this Hayden’s also offer B and B with 7 lovely decorated rooms. We will be back

This place was a reccomendation and we were not disappointed, firstly the warm welcome we received on entering and throughout, the staff were brilliant along with the food and coffee we ordered and not forgetting the picture framed view that we had from where we were seated. Cannot wait to return. 👍

Hello from Belgium! My girlfriend and I stayed at this lovely little hotel in December and there is nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the room as well as the quality of the service and the staff. For breakfast I advise you to order their succulent Welsh rarebit! Extraordinarily delicious and serving more than generous as well as everything. Thank you for this wonderful stay and continue like that, we will return without any hesitation. Greetings, Julien and Aurore

We love it here!! We got engaged in the Italian restaurant that used to be on this site (Tony’s) so we return as often as we can to celebrate special occasions ... like our 21st wedding anniversary next week. Gorgeous rooms, comfortable and relaxing, beautifully decorated with real attention to detail. Highly recommend!! 💛👍🏼😊

Amazing, boutique B &B, my room (Sandpiper) overlooked the Salts, the river and the Romney Marsh - fantastic! Very comfy bed, stunning bathroom, and to top it all, a delicious breakfast - not to be missed!!

Really nice lunch of cheddar eggs washed down with a pretty good glass of organic wine. Kids shared a cheese sandwich as they are big (& the kids are small).

We stayed for two nights and had a great time. Loved the breakfasts and the staff were fantastic. We left some things in our room and they were incredibly helpful in sending them back to us. Would absolutely recommend.

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat at the Hayden cafe and didn't stay at the accommodation. Food wise at the cafe was excellent, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Great location located at RYE.

This is one of many little gems in the East Sussex town of Rye . A really lovely place to have an afternoon cream tea or a very yummy Breakfast as we did, I had the Eggs Benedict which I can say is superb. There is an extension out the back which overlooks part of Rye across the marshes and is the place to sit if you can . Booking a seat may be the best option as it’s very popular. There are rooms available to stay there although I have not seen them but I can imagine it’s a great place to stay as Rye is itself a Wonder of the East Sussex region 😎 hope you enjoy the pics x

Can't comment on rooms as didn't stop over. Brunch was lovely, 5 of us ate, and the service was good, portion sizes also good but not too much. Hot and tasty. Would definately recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in your kingfisher room, very quiet, great facilities, love the wideye products and all the little extras. Our only reason for 4☆ is because we would have liked to be able to open the window as it was quite warm even with the fan. Enjoyed a super breakfast! We would definitely recommend Haydens and hope to return soon.

Was looking for a quick bite yesterday(Sunday) and our choices were limited. We stumbled across Hayden’s and what a lovely surprise, the food was first class as was the service. Hayden’s will now become first choice for food when visiting Rye.

Stayed last night, our third time of staying here. We cannot fault this wonderful B&B. The rooms are lovely, the staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and they make you feel so welcome. It is our escape from reality albeit very brief. We highly recommend this amazing B&B and beautiful surroundings. Looking forward to another stay in the not too distant future, thank you Kate, Richard and all the hard working staff, you do an amazing job. See you soon, Neal and Amanda.
