Clean and tidy, staff efficient. Was not busy but have been there during peak periods and runs smoothly, no food errors. Car parking is limited but they do offer drive through. Pleasant experiences on numerous occasions.
Not the best McDonald’s there were no salt, pepper or sugar available.
Store was VERY clean and tidy.
Parking is a bit difficult as although it wasn’t busy the carpark was full.
Greeted by an employee called Frank which isn't very common for a McDonalds. Food was piping hot which was great. Table service was great. Car park has Chargers for electric vehicle users. Best McDonald's I've been so far!
Food was Nice, all the order was made correctly, the table service was quick and the staff was polite even though the restaurant was busy. The cleaning lady was attentive cleaning around and clearing the tables around us quickly.
Better than I expected, ordering via touch screen is easy if impersonal, food was edible, it arrived quickly. Not a lot of atmosphere, it's a fast food restaurant, but the coffee was much better than I expected.
Sometimes, the food comes out warm/cold.
Went at lunchtime so it was a little busy but the food was fresh and service was efficient
Placed quite a large order and was very pleased that it was all there and correct, especially as we had customised some of the burgers. If only all MaC D franchises could get it right like your staff did today!

Was in Isle of Wight for the BHP Car Show a week ago and grabbed some breakfast here very early in the morning before setting off to the venue. Staff were very polite. I couldn't fault the service provided, unlike some branches on the mainland.
Quick service, very busy (bank holiday). Toilets cramped but clean.
We couldn't get the meals we wanted as they were out of stock of large cups, my friends were disappointed lots of drinks & milkshakes were out of stock but the food we had was nice so were the McFlurries. A man had 2 pet parrots with him: Rossy & Sonny (on instagram) wandering about on the table outside & on his shoulders which was nice. Staff cleaned the tables well afterwards, were friendly & worked hard. It was so busy.
Top tier McDonald's. Always get the food right. And the changes to the burgers. Staff friendly. Only thing is a few times sauce has been forgotten. This is a sin the sauce should always be there !!! Dry nuggets are not what I ordered. Apart from that all good.
Food was actually good compared to our local macd's (yeovil). Staff were very friendly and courteous in the drive through too.
Place was nice, clean and busy. The staffs were polite and friendly. Has a car park and a drive thru as well. Food was delicious and not too expensive. We were sat in zone 1 and on the drivethru outside our window there was smoke coming out of a vehicle's engine. We were moved to a safer area. The Manager immediately called the fire brigade. They arrived and made sure it was safe. Then the mechanic arrived and dealt with the problem.. was a quick thinking and prompt reaction. Well done to the manager and the staff... though it wasn't serious and no one was harmed or injured
